Analysis Of Knee Joint Pain After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective: For the first time unilateral total knee arthroplasty(TKA)causes of knee pain after surgery were analyzed and summarized,and further clinical guidance to improve the quality of surgery and improve patient satisfaction after surgery.Methods: A retrospective analysis of Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital from December 2014 to March 2016 first-line patients with unilateral total knee arthroplasty total of 108 patients in hospital wards and telephone and other means for a 12-month follow-up outpatient.The clinical data were collected and the patients with knee joint pain after TKA were selected according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.The clinical analysis of the common causes of knee pain after TKA was summarized according to the literatures at home and abroad.All the measured data were normalized by obsoquency distribution,using mean±standard deviation to describe the comparison between groups using the analysis of variance;counting the use of data to describe the comparison between groups using chi-square test,postoperative knee The clinical data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software package,and the difference was statistically significant when P <0.05.Results: Of the 108 patients who were followed up,11 patients had varying degrees of knee pain and a pain rate of 10.2%.The main causes of pain are: 1,joint instability in 2 cases(1.9%);2,joint line up 1 case(0.9%);3,knee joint adhesion,stiffness in 1 case(0.9%);4,poor line of 1 case(0.9%);5,poor patella trajectory in 2 cases(1.9%);6,lumbar lesions in 1 case(0.9%);7,hip joint disease in 1 case(0.9%);8,unexplained pain in 2 cases(1.9%).Conclusion: 1.TKA intraoperative knee pain in June after the main cause of intra-articular lesions mainly in the joint instability,joint line abnormalities,poor line of tension,knee adhesions and stiffness and poor patella trajectory,which is not joint stable,poor patella trajectory.2.TKA surgery after June knee pain caused by external factors,can be seen in lumbar lesions,hip disease,unexplained pain.
