Objective To study the predictive value of reticulocyte indicators during different stage of chemotherapy.Methods Screened 32 patients who were diagnosed with acute leukemia in the first hospital of Lanzhou University from 2015.1 to 2016.12.The 32 patients were undergoing chemotherapy.Detected the parameters by Sysmex-XE 5000 automatic blood cell analyzer during different stage of chemotherapy.The parameters include the percentage of reticulocyte,reticulocyte count,low fluorescent reticulocyte,middle fluorescent reticulocyte and high fluorescent reticulocyte percentage,neutrophils and the immature reticulocyte fraction.Results1.Collect the basic information,chemotherapy programmers and the result of bone marrow cytology,complete blood count,reticulocyte of 32 patients.Digest and analyze all the date we have collected.There were 18 patients suffering from AML,whose average age was 35 years old,10 cases were male,8 cases were female,including 3of M2,4 of M3,5 of M5,1of M6;There were 14 patients suffering from ALL,whose average age was 24 years old,10 cases were male,8 cases were female,including 3 of T-ALL and 11 of B-ALL.The average age of the 32 patients was 30 years old.The patients who suffering from AL were diagnosed by bone marrow needle biopsy and bone marrow cell morphology,and were treated according to Standard of diagnosis and curative effect of hematopathy,and their condition get better.2.The patients’ s blood parameters incliding IRF,MFR,HFR keep declining until the 21 st day after chemotherapy,start to decline at the 7th day after chemotherapy,and start to increase at the 14 th day after chemotherapy.3.LFR start to increase at the 7th day after chemotherapy,the 14 th day chemotherapy start to decline.4.WBC and reticulocyte count keep declining at the 7th and 14 th day,start to increase at the 21 st day.5.When the bone’s function of hematopoietic start to recover after chemotherapy,IRF,MFR and HFR begin to increase earlier than WBC and reticulocyte count,at the same time LFR begin to decrease.6.When the function of hematopoietic start to inhibition after chemotherapy,the patients’ s blood parameters incliding IRF,MFR and HFR begin to decrease earlier than WBC and reticulocyte count,at the same time the patients’ s blood parameters including LFR begin to increase.Conclusion1.IRF,MFR,HFR,LFR,RET% are the more sensitive and specifitic parameters to reflect bone marrow hematopoietic function than WBC.2.The parameters of reticulocyte with different fluorescence intensity are more sensitive parameters to refelect bone marrow hematopoietic function than the count of reticulocyte.3.IRF,HFR,MFR decrease first,and then increase.LFR increase first,and then increase.Demonstrate that immature reticulocyte is the more sensitive parameter to refelect bone marrow hematopoietic function.
