| ObjectiveTo explore the influence of renal anemia on reticulocyte parameters and provide experimental basis for primary diagnosis of renal anemia through observing reticulocyte parameters changes in renal anemia.MethodsSelecte 36 patients with chronic renal failure: Creatinin(Cr)> 133μmol/L,Urea nitrogen(BUN)>8.2μmol/L,men of hemoglobin Hb<120g/L and women of hemoglobin Hb < 110g/L,they all had no lack of iron, folic acid and vitamin B12;no resistant hypertension;no bleeding, infection and malignant neoplasms affecting factors. At the same time, selecte 30 healthy people as the control group,33 patients with iron deficiency anemia as the positive control and all groups were no differerence at age and gender. All subjects with an empty belly were drew venous blood 2ml,then the simples were sent to laboratory during 2 hours and determined in 4 hours. The reticulocyte percent(Ret%),absolute reticulocyte count(Ret#),immature reticulocyte rate(IRF),low fluorescent reticulocyte(LFR),middle fluorescent reticulocyte(MFR)and high fluorescent reticulocyte(HFR)were determined with Mindray BC-6800 auto hematology analyzer.ResultsAfter the data of three groups were compared, the levels of Ret#,IRF,LFR and MFR in renal anemia patients were lower than those in normal controls(p<0.01),other data had no evidently difference;the levels of Ret%,IRF,MFR,HFR and Ret# in iron deficiency anemia patients were higher than those in normal controls, but the level of LFR was lower than that in normal controls;the levels of Ret%,IRF,MFR,HFR and Ret# in renal anemia patients were lower than those in iron deficiency anemia patients, however the level of LFR was higher than that in iron deficiency anemia patients.ConculusionsThe reticulocyte parameters have its unique charateristica in remal anemia patients, and can be used as a basis for preliminary diagnosis. |
