Clear removeable orthodontics technique capable of moving teeth without the use of brackets and wires, meet on orthodontic aesthetics and the pursuit of health.Through the three-dimensional simulation technology to achieve the visualization of the design of treatment, doctors and patients can preview the tooth movement program,to facilitate communication between doctors and patients corrective treatment plan and monitoring process. This is a challenge to the fixed appliance technology as well as a inheritance, since the clear removeable orthodontics appliances into clinical has become a hotspot of orthodontic scholars, including research on orthodontic effect, but most of these studies is a specific one or several forms of tooth movement.Research on correction of posterior column overall efficacy evaluation is still lacking, especially the relatively objective standard for evaluation is recognized, evaluation of curative effect, postoperative orthodontic is not enough. Therefore, the experiment was carried out to measure the advantages and disadvantages of the present stage, and provide reference for the selection of indications. In addition, clear removeable orthodontics appliances is essentially a semi removeable appliance,is able to accommodate a series of malocclusion dental polymer shell, whenthe appliance worn dentition, all teeth of dentition in the crown into a cavity of the housing. Therefore, even if the treatment is designed to move a single tooth in one direction, the actual force of the teeth, including the force and reaction force, but also all the teeth in the dentition. But the existing mechanical measurement of invisible bracketless appliances also are only for some sites of single tooth or local. This experiment adopts the whole dentition teeth three-dimensional force measuring platform of single upper incisor intrusion process, the measurement of maxillary dentition teeth and three-dimensional stress, provide a reference for the orthodontic biomechanics research.[AIM] 1 To evaluate the curative effect of whole clear removeable orthodontics appliances treatment cases, explore the advantages and disadvantages of relative technology.2 To compare the different stress design and the different thickness of the diaphragm of the invisible orthodontic treatment of the anterior teeth of the teeth,as well as the stress of the adjacent teeth and teeth in the teeth.3 To compare the difference of the stress of the whole dentition under the different pressure design and the different thickness of the diaphragm when the tooth is adjacent to the teeth, and to explore the mechanical principle of the attachment in the anterior teeth[Method] 1 Experiment one: the use of the PAR index of clear removeable orthodontics appliances for the whole course of treatment were scores of preoperative and postoperative scores, the improvement rate was calculated and significant improvement rate;using DI index and OGS index respectively in cases of preoperative and postoperative scores calculated by rate and potential pass rate, and analyze the two index points reasons.2 Experiment two: the use of dental force three-dimensional measurement device of 5 incursive magnitude and 3 of the thickness of the diaphragm of clear removeable orthodontics appliances incrusing 11 tooth,to measure upper dentition force in three-dimensional.Multi-way ANOVA was used to investigate the relationship between the design three-dimensional and the thickness of the diaphragm and the incrusive force.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to compare the effect of the design incursive magnitude and the thickness of the diaphragm.3 Experiment three: using the three dimensional force measuring device of the teeth,we measured the three-dimensional force of the upper teeth when the incursion of the 11 tooth with attachment on 12 and 21 tooth.Multi-way ANOVA was used to investigate the relationship between the design pressure and the thickness of the diaphragm and the orthodontic force.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to compare the effect of the design pressure and the thickness of the diaphragm.Paired samples t test was used to compare the incursive force of the anterior teeth with or without attachments.[Results] 1.PAR index of preoperative and postoperative scores were 32.7 points and 10.15 points, the improvement rate was 95%,significantly improve the rate of postoperative 50%OGS index score was 25.65,the rate of 25%,scores of potential with a rate of 65%.two comprehensive index, clear removeable orthodontics appliances in the posterior occlusal relationship and three-dimensional adjustment the direction of control points is relatively more.2.Measured 5 incursive magnitude and 3 kinds of thickness of diaphragm of clear removeable orthodontics appliance incursing 11 tooth, the forces on the teeth of the dentition in three-dimensional,incursive magnitude above 0.15 mm and above 11 tooth under pressure, and the volume down design is greater than the impact of diaphragm thickness on 11 teeth down force.11 the force of the other teeth and the vertical force of the 12 and 21 teeth were also correlated with the amount of depression and the thickness of the diaphragm.3.Measured with attachments,5 kinds of intrusion magnitude and 3 kinds of thickness of diaphragm invisible appliance incursing 11 tooth, the forces of the teeth in three-dimensional,with attachment incursive magnitude 0.15 mm and above,0.62 mm and 0.75 mm diaphragm have a downward force on the 11 tooth, with 1.0mm diaphragm, incursive magnitude of 0.10 mm or above,11 tooth on the intrusive force, but the magnitude was not statistically significant in any attachment. There was no statisticaldifference between the extension forces of the 12 tooth and the 21 tooth.[Conclusion] 1.Clear removeable orthodontics appliances for mild to moderate malocclusion can obtain satisfactory clinical effect.2.Different incursive magnitude and different thickness of the diaphragm invisible appliance incursing anterior teeth force, should make rational use of the two changes of treatment design.3.Attachment to other conditions the same time to improve the size of the anterior teeth under the pressure does not necessarily have a positive effect, but can increase the size of the attachment of the teeth.
