Cross-sectional Study On Cardio-cerebral Vascular Events In Hebei Province

Objectives In this study,the epidemiological distribution of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province was analyzed by collecting and collating the data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province,and providing the scientific basis for the development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular prevention and health care in Hebei province.Methods According to the size of the population stratification,researcher took the countries of Hebei province into many layers.In each layers,choose a certain number of counties.These number of countries were taken in Hebei Province as a sample area.The clinicians at all levels of medical institutions in the sample area were based on ICD-10.Diagnosed patients in daily,belong to the case of cardiovascular events that fill the event report card and reported by the professional collection of summary.The case information of sample areas reported in 2015 was analyzed and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed.Results 1 The prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province was 477.6 /10 million,the mortality rate was 218.0 / 10 million;2 The prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events of Hebei Province increased with age increased;3 In Hebei Province,the prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in men was 525.3 /10 million,and the prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in women was 427.6 /100,000;the mortality rate of male cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events was 242.3 / 100,000,female's was 192.5 / 10million;4 Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events took place all the year,and frequently from January to March while lowly from June to October.Conclusions 1 Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei province have a certain epidemiological characteristics;2 The prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in Hebei Province were gradually increased with the increasing of age;3 The prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events of Hebei Province was gender-related,male prevalence and mortality was higher than women;4 In Hebei Province,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events took place frequenly in the winter,and with a low number in summer.
