Objectives To investigate anemia status and influencing factors in maintenance hemodialysis patients. To investigate the effect of anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients on the quality of life of patients. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis at the Blood Purification Center of the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology were selected as the subjects.Selected criteria: All patients were older than 18 years of age;regular dialysis time in more than 3 months. All patients were older than 18 years of age;All patients regular dialysis time in more than 3 months.Exclusion criteria: Patients with blood diseases other than renal anemia;patients with cancer, hepatitis, acute infection and immune disease within 3 months;patients with surgery, trauma history, hemorrhagic disease and blood transfusion within 3 months;Refused to participate in the study of patients.According to the diagnostic criteria for anemia, the population was divided into normal group: Hb>120 g/L;mild anemia group: 90 g/L? Hb ? 120 g/L;moderate to severe anemia group: Hb < 90 g/L.Using the questionnaire to investigate the clinical characteristics of patients,Laboratory testing of sensitive C-reactive protein and blood biochemical laboratory indicators,The quality of life was assessed using the SF-36 scale and the KDTA scale.SPSS20.0 software package for data processing and analysis,Single factor using t test, variance analysis and chi-square test, nonparametric test.Multivariate analysis using linear regression analysis and unconditional logistic regression analysis. To P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Through descriptive analysis, the hemoglobin level and the degree of anemia as the evaluation variables, describe the level of hemoglobin in the crowd and the degree of anemia, reveal the status of anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients;by single factor and multivariate analysis, screening factors that affect the severity of anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients;to compare the differences in the quality of life between different anemia levels in maintenance hemodialysis patients, reveal the impact of anemia on the quality of life of patients. Results 1 The hemoglobin level in maintenance hemodialysis patients was(104.32 ± 19.96)g/L,the male patients among them were(106.96 ± 19.31)g/L,female patients were(101.68 ± 20.61)g/L;patients aged between 18 and 40 were(105.67 ± 16.07)g / L,patients aged between 40 and 60(106.70 ± 22.20)g/L,patients over 60 years of age were(101.76 ± 19.13)g/L,but there was no statistically significant difference between age and sex.2 The prevalence of anemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients was 77.3%,and mild anemia was 53.3%,moderate and severe anemia was 24.0%;male patients with anemia detection rate of 72.0%,female patients were 82.7%,there was no significant difference between sexes(P = 0.19);40 to 60 age group of patients with anemia detection rate of the lowest was 67.2%,differences were statistically significant(c2=6.04,P=0.048).3 To whether the moderate anemia as a dependent variable,in the univariate analysis of the statistically significant factors as independent variables, multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis was performed,Screening factors affecting moderate to severe anemia are: Health care type, serum creatinine, calcium, the OR values are respectively: 0.692(0.493,0.728)?1.002(1.000,1.003)?1.153(1.024,1.298).4 The scores of SF-36 and KDTA were divided into dependent variables, the degree of anemia and the above analysis of the factors as independent variables, perform multiple linear regression analysis,to observe the influencing factors of the degree of anemia on the quality of life.Analysis of SF-36 scale quality of life analysis showed that only occupational factors related to the SF-36 score.Effectiveness analysis of KDTA scale showed that factors associated with the KDTA scale score were occupational, average monthly income, primary disease, week total time, other blood purification methods, erythropoiesin total dose, parathyroid hormone. The degree of anemia of the patient was not found to have an effect on the evaluation of the two scales. Conclusions 1 The hemoglobin level in patients with maintenance hemodialysis was(104.32 ± 19.96)g/L;patients with varying degrees of anemia accounted for 77.3%,moderate and severe anemia Among them accounted for 24.0%.2 Medical insurance for the rural patients than other forms of health insurance patients with anemia detection rate is high, with the decrease in serum creatinine and calcium levels, increased anemia in patients.3 The degree of anemia was not found to have an impact on the quality of life.
