The Research Of Health Programming In Tangshan Based On Overall Health Field Supervision

People want to get health services access as much as possible by limited health resources,so as to meet the demand of health emergency and common medical services.Meanwhile,they ask for the improvement of the health resources utilized efficient and equity.However,health services are managed and provided by different fields and agencies,which cause the segmentation of health sector,conflicting policies from different departments,management confusion,and it's difficult to implement the overall supervision.This article aims to make a scientific plan to guide the health development,break the sector segmentation,strengthen the health management from the whole city aspect,enhance the overall supervision of Tangshan health field,meet the health demand of different groups,reduce the difficulty of health visits as well as health expenditure,so as to ensure the health of Tangshan people.With the methods of investigation,interview and normative analysis,guided by the overall supervision in health sector,based on the actual situation of Tangshan health sector and social-economic development,oriented by national macro policies and regulations,this research clarifies the ideology of Tangshan health program,programming objectives,health development strategies and health programming principles.It makes some suggestions on health resources allocation about Tangshan health development,which include medical system,public health,health security,drug security and health supervision,so as to provide a reference for reasonable health development of Tangshan.
