Objective: The expression of ING4,ER,PR and Ki-67 in different endometrial tissues?the relationships between the clinicopathological parameters and disease prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma were analyzed.To explore the significance of those proteins expressed in endometrial adenocarcinoma,and provide theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of the endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods: The paraffin blocks samples were collected from endometrial carcinoma patients received surgery with pathology diagnosis from the Department of Gynecology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College between January 2008 to January 2013.There were 20 normal tissues were collected as the normal control group.Test group are including 39 cases of atypical hyperplasia endometrial tissues and 76 cases of the endometrial adenocarcinoma.The relationship between the expression level of ING4,ER,PR,Ki-67 and the clinicopathological parameters of endometrial adenocarcinoma were analyzed.And the survival rates of ING4,ER,PR and Ki-67 and their relationships were also analyzed.All the experimental data were analyzed by the SPSS 21.0 software.Results: 1.The positive rate of ER expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma was 48.7%(37/76),which was lower than that in atypical hyperplasia endometrial tissues(76.3%,29/38)and 95.0% in normal endometrial tissues(19/20).The expression of ER in patients with different histological grade,pathological type and FIGO stage of endometrial adenocarcinoma was statistically significant(P <0.05).The survival rate of ER positive patients was significantly higher than that of ER negative patients(P <0.05).2.PR positive expression rate in endometrial adenocarcinoma was 53.9%(41/76),which was significantly lower than that in atypical hyperplasia endometrial tissues 71.1%(27/38)and normal endometrial tissues 90.0%(18/20).The expression of PR was significantly different in different histological grade,pathologic type,FIGO stage,tumor size and depth of tumor myometrial invasion(P <0.05).And the survival rate of PR positive patients was significantly higher than negative ones(P <0.05).3.The positive rate of Ki-67 expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma was 69.7%(53/76),which was significantly higher than that in atypical hyperplasia endometrial tissues 34.2%(13/18)and normal endometrial tissues 10.0%(2/20).The expression of Ki-67 was significantly different in different histological grades and FIGO stages of endometrial4.adenocarcinoma tissues(P <0.05).The survival rates of Ki-67 positive and negative were all the same(P> 0.05).5.The positive rate of ING4 expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma was 55.3%(42/76),which was lower than that in atypical hyperplasia endometrial tissue 89.5%(34/38)and normal endometrial tissues 100%(20 / 20).The expression of ING4 in patients with different histological grade,pathologic type and FIGO stage of endometrial adenocarcinoma were statistically significant(P <0.05).And there was no significant difference in the survival rates of ING4 positive patients and negative ones(P> 0.05).6.ER expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma has a positive correlation with PR expression in(r = 0.425,P = 0.000).There was a positive correlation between ER and ING4 expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues(r = 0.241,P = 0.036).Conclusion: 1.The ER,PR and ING4 in endometrial adenocarcinoma were low expression while the Ki-67 expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma was high,which indicated that all of them may be closely correlated with the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma.2.The expression of ER in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly correlated with histological grade,pathologic type and FIGO stage.The expression of PR in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly correlated with histological grade,pathologic type,FIGO stage,tumor size and depth of tumor myometrial invasion.The expression of Ki-67 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly correlated with histological grade and FIGO stage.The expression of ING4 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly correlated with histological grade and tumor size.Indicating that the four proteins expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma can partically reflect the progress and malignancy of tumor,and play a certain role helping the clinical diagnosis and treatment programs of tumor.3.There was a significant correlation between ER?PR expression and the survival rate of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Ki-67 and ING4 had no relationship with the survival rate of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
