With the advent of the knowledge economy,intellectual property rights have also been taken seriously,Premier Li Keqiang at the government work conference pointed out that the full release of the whole society entrepreneurial innovation potential,strengthen the protection and use of intellectual property rights.Intellectual property rights in the possession of an important position,so the stage of economic development play a more and more important role.With the frequent occurrence of patent business,fair,objective and proper assessment of patent value is an inevitable trend for the normal development of patent market transactions.At present,the development of patent market in China is not yet mature,the use of market law and income law and other traditional methods to assess the patented technology required to obtain a certain degree of difficulty.With the continuous improvement of the market,as well as the continuous progress of society,the traditional method of assessing the value of patents gradually draws down the defects and the inaccuracy of the results.This requires us to stand on a higher perspective,to innovate traditional assessment methods,to find a more applicable to the evaluation of enterprise patent technology evaluation of the program is particularly important.This article first combs and accesses the relevant literature on the evaluation of the patent value of new drugs,and then introduces the theoretical basis of the patent value of the new drug according to the collected information and analyzes the influencing factors of the new drug patent.Finally,according to the theoretical analysis,the various methods are used to evaluate the patent value Advantages and disadvantages,as well as discussion and find a more suitable method for assessing the patent value of new drugs.Then,according to the characteristics of the new drug patent invested by Shanghai Kaybao,we try to evaluate the patent value of the company's profit-taking method and then use the profit-based profit method to evaluate the patent value of the company and compare the traditional and the results.In the life cycle based on the benefit of the assessment method,from the patent database to collect the same family of patent information,the use of SPSS17.0 statistical software to determine the remaining life of the patent,based on the determination of patent duration.Comprehensive score method to determine the patent value sharing rate,the risk of superposition method to determine the static discount rate,and then on the basis of determining the dynamic division rate and discount rate,and obtained the patent value.In this paper,we use the traditional income method and the profit method based on the life cycle theory to evaluate the patent value of the new drug.The results are compared,and the result of the income method based on the life cycle theory is obtained.The conclusion is close to the market value.The improved method is more superior and operable,providing new ideas for future research.
