ObjectiveTo investigate the outcomes of pregnancy in patients complicated with Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and its correlative risk factors.Try to provide the best chance for conception, pregnant monitoringindicators to prevent disease recurrence, aggravating and bad mother-child pregnancy outcome.Subjects and MethodsRetrospective study from January,2000 to August,2016,162 pregnancies in 161 pregnant patients complicated with Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)in Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University to investigate the outcome of pregnancy and its correlative risk factors.Statistical calculations were performed with SPSS version 18.0.A p-value <0.05 was considered significant.ResultsA total of 162 patients with 161 cases of pregnancy with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),the general situation in pregnant women :The mean patient age was 29.38±4.281.For history of adverse pregnancy were there82 cases, accounting for more than 50.6%.1.23%(2/162)pregnancies occurred in the period of disease activities at the time of conception,11.1%(18/162)occurred during the pregnancy,87.65%(142/162)pregnancies occurred in the period of disease remission at the time of conception.Pregnancy outcomes statistics: 60.5%(98/162)for the full term,24.7%(40/162)for preterm birth,14.8%(24/162)for pregnancy loss.Pregnancy loss result in 28.57%(4/24)for spontaneous abortion,28.57%(4/24)for artificial abortion,66.67%(16/24)in stillbirth.Statistics in whether disease is stable during pregnancy: 51.9%(84/162)for disease remission,48.1%(78/162)for disease recurrence.Non-renal systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)?non-standard medication?the history of lupus nephritis?the low level of C3?C4 were found related to the pregnancy loss. The low level of PLT count were found related to the pregnancy loss and preterm birth.Proteinuria?non-standard medication?the low level of C3?C4 were found related to the pregnancy loss and preterm birth. The dosage of glucocorticoid more than two pieces?Gestational hypertension?the presence of Anti-SSB/La autoantibodies(SSB)were found related to the preterm birth. The history of lupus nephritis were found related to the pregnancy loss. The history of lupus nephritis ? non-standard medication were found related to the disease recurrence at the time of conception.Conclusions1?The history of lupus nephritis, proteinuria at the period of pregnancy, taking medication irregularly, hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,The dosage of glucocorticoid more than two pieces?the presence of Anti-SSB/La(SSB)autoantibodies?the low level of C3?C4 may be the risk factors for the adverse outcomes of pregnancy in patients with systemic lupus erythema;2?The history of lupus nephritis, proteinuria at the period of pregnancy, taking medication irregularly, hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, may be the risk factors for disease activity during pregnancy;3?Low platelet counts may be associated with poor pregnancy outcomes and pregnancy-related activities, but there is still a debate about this, and further research is needed.
