Objective To study the relationship between Anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),immunne infertiliy and the value of AMH in predicting the In Vitro Fertilization-embryo Transfer(IVF)outcomes.Methods 1.A total of 500 patients(Jan,2014-May,2016)in Linyi Women and Childrens' hospital reproductive center were divided into four groups according to the infertility causes:tubes group(n=250),endocrine group(n=165),uterus group(n=50),immune group(n=35).210 patients who came for the regular examination before pregnancy were included as the control groups.AMH was detected and compared.The concentration of infertile antibodies were detected and compared.2.Another 48 infertile patients who were merely tubes factor infertility were divided into three groups according to the oocyte numbers retrieved: poor ovarian response group(n=3,group A),normal response group(n=22,group B),high response group(n=23,group C).They were detected the AMH,infertile antibodies and the basal endocrine including FSH,E2,and also ultrasound characteristics(the AFC,ovary volume and the ovary bilateral blood flow).Analyze differences among the indexes of different groups including AMH,infertile antibodies,basal endocrine,ultrasound characteristics,Gonadotropin(Gn)usage,embryo retrived,outcomes of IVF and the basal characteristics.Analyze the relationship between AMH and infertile antibodies,other indexes.Results(1)AMH of the endocrine group is 5.45±2.10ng/ml,higher than the other groups,and there is no significant difference about the concentration of infertile antibodies during different AMH groups;(2)There is significant difference in infertile antibodies between the immune groups and other groups.And there is no correlation between AMH and infertile antibodies;(3)There is no significant difference in basal characteristics and infertile antibodies among the three IVF groups;(4)AMH,FSH,AFC and Gn usage,embryo retrieved,the clinical pregnancy are significantly different among the three IVF groups;(5)ovary volume,PSV,and RI are significantly different among the three IVFgroups;(6)AMH is negatively correlated with the basal FSH,positively correlated with the oocyte numbers retrieved,AFC,ovary volume,the embryo number and the clinical pregnancy rate.Conclusion(1)AMH is correlated with endocrine infertility;(2)The high level of infertile antibodies is related with the immune infertility.And there is no correlation between AMH and concentration of infertile antibodies;(3)And for the IVF patients,AMH has no correlation with infertile antibodies.AMH is related with the oocyte number,embryo number and the clinical pregnancy rate.
