Since the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria is not clear,the immune function abnormality is an important factor.Erythrocyte immunity is an important part of innate immunity,and the incidence of many diseases is related to the abnormal immune function of erythrocyte.At present,the domestic and foreign research on erythrocyte immunity of chronic urticaria is rare and not in depth.The research methods also are traditional,such as red blood cell C3 b receptor rosette test(RBC-C3b)and red blood cell immune complex rosette test(RBC-IC).The experimental results are not the same,some even contradictory,but most prefer the point of view that there are disorders and hyper function of erythrocyte immune function in patients with chronic urticaria.It has been found that erythrocyte,the most abundant blood cells in the body blood circulation,express a variety of natural immune receptors and substances,such as CR1,CR3,CD44,CD58,CD59,DAF,SOD enzyme,chemokine receptor,etc..Erythrocyte plays an important role in innate immune reaction,T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte specific immune response.In recent years,great progress has been made in the research of erythrocyte immunity of SLE,malignant tumor and hepatitis,etc,and the erythrocyte immune function of the majority of immune related diseases is significantly reduced.How is the natural immune function of erythrocyte in chronic urticaria,whether there is any change in the expression of immune molecules on the surface of erythrocyte and its role in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria is worth our further studying.This paper study erythrocyte immune function in patients with chronic urticaria from different aspects and different levels,including the expression of erythrocyte surface CD35,CD44,CD55 and other molecules,and erythrocytes CR1 genomic density polymorphism and susceptibility to chronic urticaria,to explore the role of erythrocyte immune in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.Further research on natural immunity of chronic urticaria will be helpful to understand the comprehensive understanding of the disease,and to explain the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria from a new angle.Objective: To detect the expression surface innate immune molecules(CD35,CD44,CD55,CD58,CD59)of erythrocytes in patients with chronic urticaria,understand the red cell immune status of patients with chronic urticaria.Detecting chronic urticaria patients erythrocyte CR1 density related gene polymorphism,discuss the CRI density of erythrocytes of patients with chronic urticaria associated genotype frequency distribution.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria respectively set in normal control group and chronic urticaria group,extraction of fresh blood,cells in the quantitative detection of red blood cells surface CD35,CD44,CD55,CD58,average fluorescence intensity of CD59.DNA extraction research object,using the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)method determination of erythrocyte CR1 density related gene polymorphism.Results:(1)Compared with control group,the group of patients with chronic urticaria erythrocyte CD35,CD55,CD58 expression was significantly increased(P < 0.05),CD44,CD59 expression decreased significantly(P < 0.05).(2)In chronic urticaria group CR1-HH gene,the HL and LL genotype frequency was 74.2%,21.5% and 4.3%;control group HH,HL and LL genotype frequency were 71.8%,23.6% and4.5%.The distribution CR1 genotype frequency of two groups was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The number of patients with chronic urticaria erythrocyte CD35 molecule increased significantly,hints of red cell immune function in patients with chronic urticaria exist hyperfunction and disorder.Increased number of erythrocyte CD35 molecule might be chronic urticaria natural immune response ability the basis of hyperthyroidism and disorder.(2)The decreasing expression of CD44 and the rising expression of CD55,CD58 and CD59 of patients with chronic urticaria might have some impact on the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.(3)The relationship of erythrocyte CD35 and CR1 density related genes is not close in patients with chronic urticaria.the impact factors could be acquired.
