Objective: To observe the effect of the special nutrition preparation on the energy intake, defecation, blood glucose and endurance of SD rats under simulated flight environment, and to explore the effect of the nutrient preparation on the survival index of the rats under the flight environment. To provide effective data support for the follow-up experiments and the use of the nutrient preparation in pilots' diets. Methods:Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups, half of them in normal diet group, fed by normal diet. The others in Intervene diet group, fed by special nutrition preparation. The experiment last for 72 hours, each group of rats were kept in different cage, exposure to simulate flight environment, recorded the feeding, defection situation of each cage.Results:1.Compared with pre-intervention,wet fecal mass, dry stool quality and the fecal water content of ID group rats were significantly different. The average wet fecal mass, dry stool quality in rats were lower than those pre-intervention,and the average moisture content of feces were higher.2.The first defecation time of ID group was shorter than ND group, but there was no statistical significance.Pre-intervention,the wet fecal mass, dry stool quality and the fecal content were no significantly different between the two groups. In the period of intervention, the wet fecal mass and the quality of dry stool were significantly different between the ID group and the ND group.Among the ID group, the average wet fecal mass and dry stool quality were lower than that of ND.The average moisture content of feces had no significant difference.3.Compared with pre-intervention,The average dry stool quality and moisture content of feces in ND group rats were lower than those pre-intervention,and the average wet fecal mass had no significant difference.4.The blood glucose level of the ID group was lower than that of the ND group, and the blood glucose level of the rats in each group was within 95% of the normal period. There was no significant difference in the survival time between the two groups.5.The biochemical indexes of the two groups were similar, and the biochemical indexes of the two groups were within the normal range after the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: According to the characteristics of the pilots' meal, the design of special nutritional agents has a significant inhibition of rats' defecation, and will not affect the rats' blood glucose, endurance. The specific mechanism of action and on-site human test results to be further developed. At the same time, the fecal characters were changed in the simulated flight environment due to the high angular acceleration and high altitude environment, the intestinal and fecal flora to be the next phase of experimental validation.
