The Use Of Microecologics For The Treatment Of Early Postoperative Inflammatory Ileus

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of microecologics for the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus and recognize the clinical features of EPII.Methods The dates of 70 cases with EPII who were admitted from January,2012 to June,2016 in the Surgery Department of First Hospital of Lanzhou University,were retrospectively analyzed.The cases were divided into control group(31 cases)and treatment group(39 cases)according to whether the application of microecologics on the basis of routine treatments.The clinical characteristics of them and dates from follow-ups were analyzed.The clinical efficacy,dates of improvement time,PCT and LYM were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results1.70 patients were all cured and discharged,of which 1 case with stress gastrointestinal bleeding,was cured after conservative treatment.2.Early postoperative inflammatory ileus occurred in gastrointestinal surgery mostly and conservative treatment often works.3.Data analysis showed that the time to distension of the abdomen vanishing [(2.38±0.59)days],time to bowl peristaltic sound recovery [(5.74±2.91)days],time of the first passage of flatus [7.08± 3.52 days] and the length of stay in hospital [(9.44±3.91)days] in treatment group were decreased compared with these in control group,which were [(2.74 ± 0.51)days],[(7.84±3.66)days],[(9.74±4.45)days] and [(12.29±4.91)days].4.The decrease of PCT and increase of LYM between the two groups was different.The treatment group was earlier to recovery than control group.5.70 patients were followed up for 3 to 9 months after discharged and 6 cases(8.57%)were lost.Fore patients(6.25%)of another 64 patients had recurrent intestinal obstruction.One of them receive conservative treatment in hospital,another stay in home.Conclusion It's effective that the conservative treatment for confirmed EPII.The microecologics has a definitive clinical efficacy that can shorten the treatment time,promote the intestinal immune function recovery for the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus.It's worth using in treating EPII.
