In this thesis,we have been focused on Pleurtus Spodotecus Fr.of Pleurotus.We got a homologous extracellular polysaccharide PSEPS3-A from the culture broth of spodotecus Fr.by a series of isolate and purify methods.Then we used the modern analytical method to study its physical and chemical properties and structural characteristics.Atthe same time,the antitumor activity was studied by cell experiments in vitro.The results have showed that the PSEPS3-A was a kind of neutral polysaccharide and the molecular weight was measured to be 589.6kDa.It contained mannose、glucose and galactose,the ratio of three monosaccharides was 1:0.53:0.06.A sulfate group occured every16 to 19 residues;The conformation of PSEPS3-A is a random coil state with monodisperse mass distribution in 0.02% NaN3+0.9% NaCl solution.PSEPS3-A has a certain inhibitory effect on the growth and proliferation of cervical canc-er cells Hela,liver cancer cells Hep G2,SMMC7721 and lung cancer cells A549 in vitro.But it could inhibit the growth of Hela cells obviously,mainly blocked the G0/G1 phase,Honchst33342 staining and Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining showed that PSEPS3-A could induce Hela cell apoptosis.The above research has laid a theoretical foundation for the further development and utilization of the medicinal fungus.
