Studies On The Quality Criteria Of Quzhisan

Quzhi San is a new Chinese veterinary drug,it consists of Medicated leaven,Aurantii fructus,Crataegi fructus,Astragali radix,Angelicae sinensis radix,Poria,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma.It has the effects of the spleen and stomach,stomach qi,promote digestion effect.It was mainly used for pig and cattle inappetence,indigestion,constipation and abdominal distension.The research was studied by HPLC fingerprint,by studying the fingerprints of 10 batches of Quzhi San,found a total of 20 peaks,of which there are 12 fingerprint peaks respectively from Medicated leaven,Aurantii fructus,Crataegi fructus,Angelicae sinensis radix,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizome.The draft quality standards for Quzhi San was formulated,it established the identification method of Medicated leaven,Aurantii fructus,Crataegi fructus,Astragali radix,Angelicae sinensis radix,Poria,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma by micro method.The method is simple;and a method for the identification of Aurantii fructus,Crataegi fructus,Astragali radix,Angelicae sinensis radi was established by TLC;a HPLC method was establishd that Naringin in 0.0808 ~ 4.04?g range has a good linear relationship,the regression equation were y= 1711.5x-33.197,R2=0.9999,the average recovery rate were 97.66%.Neohesperidin in 0.0804 ~ 4.02?g range has a good linear relationship,the regression equation were y=1735.2x+0.9598,R2=0.9995,the average recovery rate were 95.65%.The results showed that the 3 batches of samples were in accordance with the relevant provisions,and Quzhi Sans are stable.
