The Research Of Qingdao Wisdom Medical Services System Based On Quality Function Depioyment

In order to guide the construction of Qingdao medical wisdom,make Qingdao wisdom medical truly meet the needs of citizens, and service for residents. Taking Qingdao as an example, using the method of QFD (quality function deployment) to build the HOQ (house of quality) of wisdom medical, we got the key points for quality control,and designed the services system of medical wisdom.The research mainly includes the following several aspects: (1) By designing the questionnaire, Qingdao people's needs in the wisdom of medical service are investigated, and then the data was handled with the reliability, validity and factor analysis, finally the 19 demands for smart medical service of Qingdao residents were identified which consist of 7 basic medical demands, 8 attractive medical demands, and 4 health care needs. (2) Using the QFD method, the first layer house of quality of Qingdao wisdom medical service was constructed, and the 5 key points for quality control of Qingdao wisdom medical were obtained: The medical staffs quality and ability; The oversight, support and management of the government on health care; The function of hospital appointment register, online payment, telemedicine, etc; Interconnection between regional medical institutions; The medical equipment, medical environment, medical, information security system of hospital. (3) The Affiliated Hospital Of Qingdao University, Qingdao Municipal Hospital and Qingdao Center Hospital were proven that they can not meet the medical demands of Qingdao citizens at present through the market competition analysis. (4) Using the QFD waterfall decomposition model,the second layer house of quality of Qingdao wisdom medical service was constructed, and the 3 key points for the quality assurance of Qingdao wisdom medical were got: Promote the informatization construction in the hospital, let the residents can be registered, pay cost,check inspection results through various channels, and realize the function such as telemedicine, medical information push;Interconnection between regional medical institutions, construct the regional medical cloud platform; Medical equipment manufacturers to provide advanced medical equipment to hospitals, speed up the intelligent wearable medical equipment research and development. (5)According to the importance of quality character elements and quality assurance elements, the services system of Qingdao wisdom medical was built that consist of hospital, medicine manufacturers, government,community and family, then combining with the market competition analysis of three hospitals of Qingdao, the detailed quality assurance measures of Qingdao wisdom medical are put forward.
