Objective:Explore the pathogenesis and syndrome distribution regularity of metabolic syndrome with hypertension,to provide theoretical basis for clinicaltreatment of metabolic syndrome of hypertension.Method:Through collecting clinical information about patients with primaryhypertension and metabolic syndrome with hypertension,analyzing of risk factorsand the syndrome distribution difference in both groups by using statistical methods,preliminary explore pathogenesis and syndrome distribution regularity of the metabolicsyndrome with hypertension.Results:Menopause,overweight or obese,snoring sleep,addict to fatness and emotional impatient are the common risk factors for MS and MS hypertension stroke.In addition,age also is the important risk factor for MS hypertension stroke.Phlegm stasis and heat is the most,up to 42.1%,followed by Yin deficiency syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,heat and blood stasis syndrome and phlegm heat syndrome,etc.Among them,the men with phlegm and stasis syndrome,blood stasis hot syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome are given priority to,and women with Yin deficiency syndrome,phlegm heat and blood stasis,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome are more common.Young people with phlegm heat and heat and blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,phlegm heat syndrome are given priority to,middle-aged people with phlegm heat and blood stasis syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome,blood stasis heat is given priority to and the elderly with Yin deficiency syndrome,phlegm heat and blood stasis syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome are more common.Conclusion:Lesion of metabolic syndrome with hypertension in the blood,involving five zang-organs,mostly related to the spleen and stomach.Basic pathogenesis is the estrangement of defensive qi and ying-qi,heart main blood disorder.Empirical syndrome is given priority to with young and middle-aged,male patients.Elderly,female patients are given priority to with deficiency syndrome.Pathological factors are given priority to with blood stasis,heat,phlegm,Yin deficiency.
