Clinical Research On Conservative Treating Tubal Pregnancy With E Leng Yuan Kun Mixture Combined With Mifepristone And MTX

Objective: Through retrospective analysis of clinical cases,we should explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy,and reveal its treatment advantages,furthermore,we need provide an objective clinical basis for this conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy in its feasibility and effectiveness.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 260 cases of tubal pregnancy data in the department of gynecology of Shandong Provincial Hospital from January 2011 to December 2015,and group them by different treatments.According to medication,there are 65 cases of mifepristone and methotrexate treatment(referred to as Group A)and 195 cases of Chinese medicine E Leng Yuan Kun mixture combined with mifepristone and methotrexate treatment(referred to as Group B).and Analysis of the differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment in blood β-HCG value,block size,hospitalization days,adverse reactions(liver and kidney function,routine blood test,gastrointestinal reaction)Results: There are 42 cases in effective,23 cases in invalid in the 65 cases of Group A,and the efficiency is 64.6%.But there are 171 cases in effective,24 cases in invalid in the 195 cases of Group B,and the efficiency is 87.7%.Group B is better than Group A in the efficacy(P<0.01);Comparison of blood β-HCG level and blood β-HCG rate of decline after treatment,both groups are able to reduce the level of blood β-HCG effectively,but the Group B falling faster(P<0.01).By studying the effect of different blood β-HCG levels on the efficiency,it is found that both groups are effective when the blood β-HCG value is ≤1000mIU/ml(P>0.05),while the efficiency of Group B is higher than Group A when the blood β-HCG value is 1000-5000mIU/ml(P<0.05).Comparison of block size and block absorption rate,both groups can promote block absorption,but the Group B’s mass absorption is much faster(P<0.05);By studying the effect of different block size on the efficiency,it is found that both groups are effective when the block size is ≤4cm(P>0.05),while the efficiency of Group B is significantly higher than Group A when the block size is 4-6cm(P<0.05);When the blood β-HCG value is at a low level(≤1000m IU/ml),the Group B was shorter than that of Group A in hospitalization days(P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions after treatment,the Group B occurs less in the gastrointestinal tract and liver and kidney damage(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medicine E Leng Yuan Kun mixture combined with mifepristone and methotrexate has curative effect on tubal pregnancy,meeting the conditions of blood β-HCG value ≤5000mIU/ml and the maximum diameter of block size ≤6cm.Meanwhile,E Leng Yuan Kun mixture has the exact effect on enhancing the embryo killing effect of western medicine,dropping the blood β-HCG level,accelerating the block absorption.In addition,it can shorten the hospitalization days,decrease the adverse reaction of western medicine,and has the advantage of increasing efficacy and decreasing toxicity.
