Study On The Characteristics Of Syndrome Factors Of YiWei Year And BingShen Year Based On Yun Qi Theory

Objective: This study was designed to analyze the syndrome factor as well as the pathogenetic Yun Qi of patients in Yi Wei year and Bing Shen year,and to study their relationship with the theory of Yun Qi,so as to provide reference for clinical application of luck theory to guide the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods: The general information and incidence time of patients with acute ischemic stroke were enrolled in the patients admitted to the Department of Neurology in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to February 2017.Four-diagnosis information of TCM been collected,and the syndrome elements diagnosis scale been filled out,the syndrome factors were determined.Statistical method was used to process the data after establishing database.Results:1.Syndrome factors of frequency in Yi Wei year and Bing Shen year from high to low were endogenous wind,endogenous fire,phlegm,blood stasis,yin deficiency,Qi deficiency.2.The syndrome elements of acute ischemic stroke in Yi Wei year for the distribution of endogenous wind syndrome in 126 cases,77 cases of endogenous fire,phlegm syndrome in 91 cases,33 cases of blood stasis and Qi deficiency in 23 cases,20 cases of yin deficiency;in Bing shen years of endogenous wind syndrome in 165 cases,100 cases of endogenous fire syndrome,phlegm dampness syndrome,53 cases blood stasis syndrome in 18 cases,5 cases,20 cases of Qi Yin deficiency syndrome;3.There was no significant difference in the distribution of Yi Wei and Bing Shen year syndrome factors in endogenous wind syndrome,endogenous fire syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome;The distribution of phlegm dampness syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and Qi deficiency syndrome was statistically significant.Analysis of association rules of Yi Wei and Bing Shen year syndrome factors,endogenous wind syndrome often associated with the endogenous fire syndrome Qi deficiency + phlegm syndrome,blood stasis + phlegm syndrome,blood stasis at the same time.There is no effective rules in Bing Shen year.Conclusion:the results showed that the distribution of syndrome factors of acute ischemic stroke in Yi Wei and Bing Shen year accord with the six-qi theory.The correlation of syndrome elements also has certain rules.But more accurate conclusions still need to be confirmed by a large sample of clinical studies...
