Observating The Changes Of Uterine Artery And Sex Hormones In Treating Diminished Ovarian Reserve With Tiaochongyijingtang

Objective: Using the TCM symptom scores,laboratory indexes and imaging indexes,to observe the Tiaochongyijingtang and Climen in treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis diminished ovarian reserve;using ROC curve to evaluate the diagnostic value of the indexes on diminished ovarian reserve.Methods: 100 DOR patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 50,taking Tiaochongyijingtang and Climen)and the control group(n = 50,taking Climen).Observing the situation of clinical symptoms,b FSH,b LH,FSH/LH,b E2,AFC,ROV,uterine artery PSV,EDV,S/D,RI before and after the treatment;using the experimental group data before treatment and normal female 50 people data making ROC curve.Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome score and total score of main symptom are significantly difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);after treatment b FSH,b LH,FSH/LH,RI,S/D levels were decreased,b E2,AFC,PSV,EDV levels were increased within and between groups(P < 0.05);AFC is the best diagnostic index on DOR,uterine artery blood flow parameters RI,S/D,PSV,EDV have a certain diagnostic value.Conclusion: Tiaochongyijingtang and Climen are effect in treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis DOR,and they can significantly improve menstruation;they can also decrease b FSH,b LH,FSH/LH,RI and S/Dlevels,increase AFC,ROV,uterine artery blood flow PSV,EDV;uterine artery blood flow parameters: PSV,EDV,S/D,RI has a certain value in the diagnosis of DOR,DOR patients increased RI,S/D,reduced PSV,EDV;AFC is the best diagnostic index on DOR.
