Study The Clinical Study On Quantitative Evaluation Based On TCM Theory Of Five Spirits For Parkinson Disease

Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the distribution law of the five Spirits for Parkinson's disease,and to provide basic data for further analysis and clinical application of the five elements.Methods:This study uses epidemiological research methods,through the investigation and Study on 150 patients met the inclusion criteria of Parkinson's disease,construct five Spirits element distribution information database of Parkinson Disease,SPSS18.0 statistical software was used to process the information in the database,and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results:in the 150 cases of Parkinson's patients,31 cases of elements of God abnormal(21%),35 cases of soul elements abnormal(23%),52 cases of abnormal soul elements(35%),14 cases of ambition abnormal were(9%),18 cases of abnormal soul element(12%).In 52 cases with abnormal soul elements in patients with Parkinson's disease,29 patients with deficiency of soul(56%),and 19 cases with hyperactivity meaning(37%),including 4 cases of soul huoluan main machine(7%).In 35 cases with abnormal soul elements in patients with Parkinson's disease,1 cases of the soul not to liver(3%),the main body and soul deficiency in 17 cases(48%),including 10 cases of our soul machine mainly(29%),with excessive soul in 7 cases(20%).Conclusion:The study found that Parkinson patients mainly with abnormal factors greater probability of the soul elments.The pathological changes of soul elements with "soul deficiency",soul elements are insufficient for the first.Based on the present research of Parkinson's disease,the syndrome differentiation and viscera damage emphatically,and the study of abnormal psychological behavior is not deep enough,it can be for Parkinson disease bradykinesia posture abnormal behavior and psychological behavior,such as depression and cognitive impairment.
