Clinical Study Of Eucommia Bushenjiangu Decoction Combined With Warm Acupuncture Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Type Osteoporosis

Objective: To observe the effect of bone metabolism of Eucommia BuShen JianGuTang combined with warm acupuncture treatment of TCM syndrome score,patients with syndrome of osteoporosis related cytokines,pain index and the rate of adverse reactions,and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of osteoporosis in Department of orthopedics practice.Methods: according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria from hospitalized patients of 60 cases of osteoporosis in Rizhao Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,will not meet the standards were removed,comply with the principles of the patients were randomly divided into Eucommia Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with warm acupuncture group(treatment group)and Aclasta group(control group)30 cases;the control group according to the instructions.Usage and dosage(5mg)intravenous use of Aclasta(drug name Zoledronic Acid Injection).The treatment group oral Eucommia BuShenJianGuTang purification Granules Combined with warm acupuncture treatment,compared two groups of different treatment period of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF and tumor necrosis factor alpha TNF-and bone effects of transforming growth factor beta,TGF-and bone metabolite PINP and BGP,compared two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,visual analogue scale the amount of VAS score,pain assessment scale(ODI)changes and adverse reaction rate distribution.Results: 1 compared with before treatment,two groups of TCM Syndromes of low back pain,lower limb numbness scores after 2 weeks of treatment,the two groups had no significant difference after 8 weeks was significantly lower(p<0.01);Eucommia Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with warm acupuncture group,waist and knee pain score in TCM symptoms after 8 weeks of treatment were significantly lower in dense solid as group(p<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;compared 2 numerical treatment in the two groups at different time serum bone metabolite levels: the two groups in different time,BGP,VEGF,PINP and TNF-alpha were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,2W PINP,BGP,VEGF,TGF-,TNF-alpha beta 1 level group and compared between groups had no significant differences between the two groups after the treatment of 8W;PINP and BGP levels compared with before treatment were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the treatment group and the control group in the same period were low(P <0.05);cure 8W after VEGF,TGF-and beta 1 level Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly increased(P < 0.05)before treatment(P < 0.05).3 VAS before and after treatment,ODI score comparison: the treatment group after 2 weeks after treatment,VAS score,ODI scale score decreased significantly,8 weeks is more obvious than control group treatment between the two groups before and after treatment by t test,there were statistically significant differences in values,(P<0.05).Effective evaluation of 4cases of Eucommia Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with warm acupuncture group the overall effect in the number of total effective rate of Aclasta group was 51%,Eucommia Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with warm acupuncture group of 93% cases;the number of the distribution rate of adverse reaction of 5 gastrointestinal reactions and electrolyte changes,changes of liver and renal function,treatment group the number of cases was significantly less than the control group.Conclusion: 1 in the conventional Osteoporosis Foundation Treatment on the basis of Eucommia Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of kidney deficiency type osteoporosis,can significantly reduce the serum TNF-,PINP,TGFand alpha beta BGP levels,reduce bone loss,increase serum VEGF,TGF-levels,increased bone formation;2 Eucommia Bushen Jiangu Decoction and acupuncture and moxibustion prescription,dialectical therapy,can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,reduce TCM syndrome score;3 Eucommia Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with warm acupuncture prescription to cure OP,can significantly reduce the pain degree of patients,improve the quality of life of patients;Eucommia Bushen Jiangu Decoction and acupuncture prescription with intravenous drip of dense temperature gooda treatment of the low rate of adverse reactions,highlighting the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment curative effect,worthy of clinical reference.
