Studies On The Preparation And Quality Standard Of Yangwei Jinshi Granules

Yangwei Jinshi Granules is a kind of compound preparations which consists of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Specifically,this product contains Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng,Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Poria,Rhizoma atractylodes,Atractrylodes macrocephala koidz,Shenqu,Barley and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae.The primary pills come from<Yu Yaoyuanfang>.it has the effect of Nourishing the stomach spleen and dispersing the lung-qi,eliminating phlegm,qi and harmonizing stomach.It has good effect to treat dyspeptic patient of weakness of the spleen and the stomach,heart abdominal distension full,sallow complexion,laziness is addicted to lie and full without eating.Researches and developments of Chinese medicinal granule's quality standard are the base and precondition for its widely clinical application.In order to control the quality of Yangwei Jinshi Granules and assure its Clinical results,we did a system study on preparation process and quality standard of Yangwei Jinshi Granules under the guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).According to the prescription indication and the nature of the effective parts of herbs.The extract rate,content of extractives and hesperidin as evaluation index,Screening Process were done by single factor and orthogonal experiments;Evaluation criterion concludes ratio of briquetting,granularity,ratio of moisture absorption,fluidity,colliquation and ratio of diffluence.By considering the evaluation criterion,we investigate the kind and proportion of vehicles,the density and dosage of moistening agent and the temperature of torrefaction.Through multicriteria,we meant to screen eligible shaping condition.Then,the results determined theProcess and molding technology of preparation of Yangwei Jinshi Granules:The whole party drugs soak with 10-fold volume wate for 1h.then boiled 2 times,first with 10 times amount of water for 1.5h and collection of volatile oil and filter,second the dregs with 8 times amount of water for 1.0h,Collection of volatile oil ancd filter,Mixed the liquid,in the centrifugal 5000r/min centrifuge impurity 15min,dry and break he liquid up,in accordance with the powder:sucrose:dextrin(1:05:1)adding dextrin,sucrose,addiing of 60%ethanol,dosage of 40%,and granulating,dry it at 60?,spray with volatile oil.seal up.and the Granule is made finally.In the study of the quality standard,focus on the identification,examination and determination were studied.Adopt TLC analysis for the qualitative identification of Radix Ginseng,Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Atractrvlodes macrocephala koidz,Rhizoma atractylodes,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,the Specificity and reproducibility are good,and take HPLC method to determine the content of Hesperidin.With those modern technology,we can establish the quality inspection standards to control the quality of preparation more effective.The study afforded a best basis on the quality standardization research of "Yangwei Jinshi" Granules.The content of the Hesperidin is taken as the inherent index of the product by the mothod of Hi ah Performance Liquid Chromatographic(HPLC),and we make a systematic study on methodology on the Analysis Method.The Hesperidin limitation is made according to the mensuration result of some samples,the temporary content of Hesperidin(C28H34O15)is 15g per bag,and no less than 23.5mg per bag.The study afforded a best basis on the quality standardization research of "Yangwei Jinshi" Granules.
