Chinese medicine Qubai granules for the experience of Qubai mixture prepared by processing from the compound granule preparation.The recipe consists of Tribulus terrestris?Uncaria?Millettia?Rattan?Rehmanniae?Moutan?Red Peony?Angelica?Salvia,with Shugan Jieyu,nourishing Tongluo,blood Qufeng,Liangxue xiaoban effect.This subject is based on Chinese medicine theory,the application of modern science and technology and methods to Qubai granules extraction process,preparation process,quality standards for a systematic study,in order to ensure that the preparation process is scientific and reasonable,quality is stable and controllable.In this paper,according to the requirements of the preparation,but also with the nature of the prescription in the prescription of the Chinese medicine,screened the technological route and the best extraction technology and granulating process.The factors influencing the extraction effect,such as the extraction temperature,the extraction time,the amount of water added,the number of times of extraction and the like,and the types and dosage of the auxiliary materials,the concentration of the wetting agent and so on,have been considered.Finally,the quality standard of the preparation was established.This paper has become the following research work:1.The extraction of the active ingredients of medicinal materials and the inclusion process,The use of traditional and modern technology,the impact of the effect of extraction and inclusion of the factors were investigated,and the best extraction process and the best inclusion process of the active ingredients were obtained respectively.2.The granulation process of the study,by examining the types of excipients,dosage and concentration of wetting agent to get a relatively good granulation process.3.Research of quality standard,In this study,TLC was used to qualitatively identify the main medicinal herbs Orioles,Angelica,Moutan in the preparation.The results showed that the main spots were clear,And the corresponding position of the corresponding medicinal herbs were the same color spots,and negative without interference.The contents of the three active ingredients were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)at the same time,and the content of ferulic acid was less than 0.0200 mg /g;Paeonol content,the content shall not be less than 0.600 mg /g;with stilbene glucoside,the content should not be less than 0.900mg/g.And through the methodological study,precision,recovery and reproducibility are good,the method is simple and reliable.Can be used for the quality control of the granules.And the contents of the three substances in the granules were higher than those in the mixture,which indicated that the extraction process and the preparation process were reasonable and reliable.4.The stability of the preparation was investigated in 6 months,and the results showed that all the indexes met the requirements,which indicated that the product was relatively stable in the period of 6 months.
