Siberian Solomonseal Rhizome Yuxingcao Eye Drops Combined With Ziyinrunmu Eye Pill In The Treatment Of Dry Eye Syndrome Clinical Observation

Purposes:In a single Siberian Solomonseal Rhizome Yuxingcao eye drops for the treatment of dry eye clinical research foundation,combined with Ziyinmingmu pill for the treatment of dry eye,through observe using of clinical symptoms before and after,Schirmer test,BUT test,ocular surface staining and the changes of indexes,to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Method:According to the random number table method to be diagnostic for dry eye patients,and we divided them into the treatment group in 30 cases by random visiting sequence(Siberian Solomonseal Rhizome Yxingcao eye drops combined with Ziyinrunmueye pill),among 19 cases of women,11 were men.The control group of 1(eye drops)in 30 cases,among 18 cases of women,12 were male.Control group of 2(Siberian Solomonseal Rhizome Yuxingcao eye drops)in 30 cases,among 17 cases of women,13 were male.Observation of Yuxingcao eye drops combined with Ziyinrunmu eye pill on dry eye in patients with clinical symptoms,Schirmer test,BUT detection,Superficial coloretur and other indexes,through group before and after treatment and curative effect comparison between groups,to observe its clinical efficacy.Results:1.treatment group total effective rate 86.7%,the control group 1 the total efficiency of 40.0%,control group 2 the total effective rate was 66.7%,the effect of three groups had a significant difference(P<0.05).2.In the treatment group can significantly reduce the patients' subjective symptom scores(P<0.01),increase the lacrimal secretion(P<0.01),reduce the Superficial coloretur scores(P<0.05),improve the corneal fluorescein staining(P<0.05).Conclusion:Siberian Solomonseal rhizome Yuxingcao eye drops combined with Ziyinrunmu eye pill in the treatment of dry eye has good curative effect.
