The tibial plateau is the main bearing joint surface of the human knee. When the fixation of the platform surface requires internal fixation,if the internal fixation is improperly caused by the fixed failure, the patient’s knee function is obstructed or even the second operation. So the preoperative fixation of the biomechanical analysis in order to select an effective and reliable way to fix it is particularly desirable. And the idea of finite element method put forward a feasible solution to solve this problem. And the use of finite element software to establish the skeleton model for mechanical analysis and motion simulation is becoming the focus of this kind of research. In this paper,a finite element model was established for three different internal fixation methods for lateral fractures of the tibial plateau. The finite element software was used to simulate the skeletal deformation and stress distribution of patients with different fracture under the action of gravity. The internal fixation Reliability and stability. The paper mainly completes the work:(1)Dimensional visualization of tibial CT scan images in Mimics software;reconstruction of the model in Geomagic Studio;completion of body reconstruction in UG.Establish a realistic image of the tibial plateau model.(2)Three methods of fracture fixation were established by using Solidworks software to simulate the lateral fractures of the tibial plateau, and to establish the plate and screw model. The fractures were fixed on the tibial plateau fractures,T-shaped plate and L-shaped plate.(3)In the ANSYS Workbench, three different internal fixation models were analyzed by static analysis of deformation and stress under different motion conditions. The reliability and stability of the three internal fixation methods were analyzed again.Surgical program to provide theoretical basis.(4)Through the finite element analysis, the stress occlusion of the internal fixation is judged, and the stress occlusion rate analysis is carried out for the different healing stages of the fracture.
