Objective:Liver transplantation has become the most effective means to save all kinds of end-stage liver disease, however, infection after transplantation has been a problem for clinicians,it is one of the key factors affecting the survival of recipients after liver transplantation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the risk factors of infection after liver transplantation and to provide theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Method:The clinical data of 86 patients undergoing liver transplantation are analyzed retrospectively from January 1,2007 to December 31,2016 in Department of Organ Transplantation, the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, statistical analysis is performed to investigate the risk factors of postoperative infection.Single factor analysis is performed by SPSS 20.0 software system. Results:The average hospitalization time is(26±10)days for 86 patients with liver transplantation,of which there are 69 cases in hospital infection, infection rate is 80.23%;Infection mainly occurred in the lungs, followed by biliary tract, blood and abdominal cavity;54 cases of them occurred within the first two weeks after operation, the incidence rate is 78.26%;In pathogenic bacteria causing infection, the gram positive bacteria account for 39.39%,gram negative bacteria account for 43.43%,fungi account for 17.17%;The risk factors related to infection included duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss, acute rejection, venous catheterization time, the time of abdominal drainage. Conclusions:Infection is one of the common complications in patients after liver transplantation, and early infection surveillance and preventive treatment can improve the prognosis of patients; The infection incidence rate of liver transplantation recipients during hospitalization is 80.23%,and the peak of infection occurred within the first two weeks after operation; The main pathogens are gram negative bacteria, followed by fungi and gram positive bacteria;Except for immune dysfunction caused by a variety of primary liver disease, the major risk factors include duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss, acute rejection, venous catheterization time, the time of abdominal drainage.
