Background Drug agomelatine and mitrazapine this two different kinds of pharmacological mechanisms both have anti anxiety and depression,improve sleep effect,but there is no research both at homeland and abroad,it is necessary to further study,explore the effect of antidepressant agomelatine and mitrazapine on anti anxiety and depression and improve the sleep.Objective This study based on clinical.comparative study on clinical efficacy of agomelatine and mirtazapine antidepressants in the treatment of patients with anxiety symptoms in patients with mild to moderate depression and effect on sleep quality.Methods Select the patient with mild to moderate depression in our hospital in 2016January-2016 June who were associated with anxiety as the research object,a total of 54 cases,were divided into agomelatine group 27 cases and mirtazapine group 27 cases by odd and even number sequence,agomelatine group treatment with agomelatine,mirtazapine group treatment with mirtazapine,the treatment lasted for 8 weeks,the baseline and treatment of 1,2,4,8 weeks witch evaluate with Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in patients with anxiety assessed,by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)assessed patients with depression,sleep scale index of Pittsburgh(PSQI)patients' sleep quality assessment,with the Clinical Global Impression scale(CGI-SI)clinical curative effect evaluation of patients with total amount table side effects(TESS)in the treatment of patients with adverse reactions were evaluated in.Finally,compared the two groups of drugs in the treatment of 1,2,4,8 weekend clinical efficacy and sleep quality.Results(1)compared with the baseline period,mirtazapine group in the treatment of fourth weeks and eighth weeks of treatment,the anxiety scores were significantly decreased,compared score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the anxiety of agomelatine group in the treatment of second weeks,fourth weeks,eighth weeks were significantly lower,data comparison score difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with mirtazapine group,agomelatine group in the treatment of second weeks and fourth weeks,eighth weeks of anxiety scores were significantly decreased,compared score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)compared with baseline period,mirtazapine group in the treatment of fourth weeks and eighth weeks of treatment,HAMD score decreased obviously,data comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and agomelatine group in the treatment of second weeks,fourth weeks,eighth weeks of depression scale scores were significantly lower,data comparison score difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with mirtazapine group,agomelatine group in the treatment of first weeks,fourth weeks and eighth weeks,HAMD scores had no significant difference,data comparison score difference was statistically significant,and second weeks of treatment of depression scores were significantly decreased,data comparison score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)compared with baseline period,mirtazapine group in the treatment of first weeks,second weeks,fourth weeks and eighth weeks,PSQI scores decreased significantly,compared score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and agomelatine group in the treatment of second weeks,fourth weeks and eighth weeks,PSQI scores decreased significantly,compared with the difference score data statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with mirtazapine group,agomelatine group scores were higher in the treatment of first weeks PSQI,data comparison score difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),while in the treatment of fourth weeks and eighth weeks,PSQI scores were significantly lower,compared score difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)compared with mirtazapine group,agomelatine group TESS score was significantly lower,compared score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)compared with baseline period,mirtazapine group treatment for first weeks,second weeks,fourth weeks and eighth weeks,CGI-SI scores decreased significantly,compared score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);agomelatine group treatment for first weeks,second weeks,fourth weeks,eighth weeks,CGI-SI scores were significantly lower,compared score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with mirtazapine group,agomelatine group CGI-SI scores is no significant difference for first weeks,second weeks,fourth weeks,eighth weeks.Conclusions(1)The effect of the anti-anxiety of agomelatine is significant.(2)Both agomelatine and mirtazapine improved depression significantly.(3)Compared with mirtazapine on sleep in depressive patients,agomelatine improved sleep quality is relatively slow,but the latter has better effect.(4)Agomelatine and mirtazapine also has significant clinical efficacy,and agomelatine's treatment is relatively more safe.
