Clinical Observation On Phiegm And Qi Stagnation Stablangina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Treated With Zhi Shi Ban Xia Trichosanthes Decoction

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Zhishi Banxia Trichosanthes Decoction on Phlegm and Qi stagnation angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and further explore the possible mechanism through evaluating symptoms of angina pectoris,traditional Chinese medical science syndrome scores,the reduction of nitroglycerin,ECG changes and Seattle angina questionnaire score.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients diagnosed with Phlegm and Qi stagnation angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were recruited from the traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Heilongjiang province heart two hospital.Then they were randomly allocated to experimental and control group according to the random number table.The control group received antiplatelet aggregation,lipid-lowering,improving myocardial ischemia by combined treatment of medical convention,while experimental group was treated on the basis of the control treatment and used Zhishi Banxia TrichosanthesDecoction:Both control and case groups received treatment for four weeks.Symptoms of angina pectoris,ECG changes were observed and compared before and after treatment in two groups of patients,and traditional Chinese medical science syndrome scores and other indicators were compared before and after treatment in two groups.SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Angina pectoris:The result showed that the effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group(p<0.05).2.Traditional Chinese medical science syndrome scores:The scores were decreased in both two groups,and the score in treatment group was decreased more than control group(p<0.05).3.The reduction rate of Nitroglycerin Tablets:The rate was significantly higher in treatment group than control group(p<0.05).4.ECG:The ECG was significantly better in treatment group than control group(p>0.05).5.Seattle Angina Questionnaire:The scores of physical limitation,degree of disease cognition,stable status of angina,satisfaction degree of treatment and angina attack were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment in both two groups(p<0.05).The scores of physical limitation,stable status of angina,satisfaction degree of treatment and angina attack were significantly better after treatment in treatment group than in control group(p<0.05),while the degree of disease cognition was similar between two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:The Zhishi Banxia Trichosanthes Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Phlegm and Qi stagnation angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and also could improve traditional Chinese medical science syndrome scores,the reduction rate of nitroglycerin,ECG changes and Seattle angina questionnaire scores.Moreover,no adverse effect was observed in the clinical application...
