Glaminr~? contains sweet ammonia acyl-L-glutamine(Gly-Gln)and ammonia acyl-L-tyrosine(Gly-Tyr)two dipeptide and 15 kinds of amino acid of compound amino acid injection,More perfect than ordinary compound amino acid injection,especially for trauma,sepsis,and some organ failure in critically ill patients is more convenient and reasonable decomposition.These two dipeptide has been the majority of clinical trials proved safe and effective,has a broad development prospects.in surgery and critical clinical nutrition support in the future will play a very important role.This paper according to the nature and characteristics of Glaminr~?full of original research prescription,combined with the compatibility of raw material,the compound amino acid added and two peptide was verified,and citric acid water as the pH regulator,with Sodium Bisulfite as antioxidants.In the process of preparation process of investigation,through comprehensive investigation,we determined the join order of each raw material medicine prescription.By the method of single factor investigation,preparation of solution temperature and nitrogen,the use of activated carbon,pH value,the sterilization process,the addition of antioxidant capacity,packaging material were screened.Review indicators are pH value,the color of the product,the contents of various amino acids and related compounds.Through the optimization of preparation technology,we also develop the production process of Glaminr from test in laboratory scale batch to industrial pilot scale batches.Further analysis research on the use of pilot impurities,the quality of finished product stability,antioxidant in the products.
