The Study On Prescription Screening And Pharmacology Of Wubei Gastroenteric Tablets

Objective: To select the best therapeutic group by pharmacology and explore the mechanism of anti-gastric ulcer in this group.To study the preparation process of Wubei gastroenteric tablet and establish its quality standard.Methods:(1)Through analgesia anti-inflammatory acute gastric ulcer,gastric dynamics and experimental screening the best formula.(2)Acute toxicity test of Wubei gastrointestinal raw material,determination of maximum tolerance;(3)the acetic acid induced gastric ulcer of rats model method,through the macroscopic observation and assess ulcer grade;To collect gastric juice and pH value of gastric juice;Histopathological examination;(4)To study the forming process of Wubei gastroenteric tablet;(5)To establish the quality standard of wubei gastroenteric tablets:TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of the Chinese medicinal materials of Wubei gastroenteric tablet;The content of cinnamaldehyde in tablet was determined by HPLC.Results :(1)The formula 2 of Wubei gastrointestinal powder both have certain analgesia anti-inflammatory and promote gastrointestinal promote role,but also makes the acute gastric ulcer in mice induced by pyloric ligation method in the gastric juice volume is low and the pH value increases,can effectively prevent gastric ulcer.(2)MTD was 233 times the daily dose of adult clinical medicine,suggesting that the preparation was not toxic.(3)Acetic acid induced gastric ulcer of rats experiment results show that compared with model group the formula 2 of Wubei gastrointestinal powder each dose group can reduce gastric ulcer of rats with gastric juice secretion and MDA,NO,ET 1 level,increase the pH value of gastric juice and PGE2 in serum and SOD level;(4)The preparation process of Wubei gastrointestinal tablet is using 10% starch slurry as the binder to make particles,0.2%magnesium stearate as a lubrucant to press tablet.(5)Established the TLC of Wubei gastrointestinal tablet in the Cinnamon,radix aucklandiae,piper Ba and bergamot flavour of traditional Chinese medicine,By high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method,with acetonitrile-water(35:65),detection wavelength of 290 nm,column temperatureof 30 ?,the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min;Conclusion: Wubei gastrointestinal tablet has certain analgesic anti-inflammation and promote gastrointestinal motility,and has definite protective effect on the gastric ulcer model of rats.The quality of this tablet is guaranteed by the quality standard,and the special property of TLC can be used to accurately detect the pharmaceutical ingredients in the preparation.The high performance liquid chromatography with high accuracy and reproducibility provides a safe and reliable preparation for clinical practice.
