Comparative Analysis The Value Of Intragastric Lavage In 60 Cases Of Rectal Cancer Preserving Anus Surgery

[Objective]To analyze the effect of intragastric lavage on the prognosis of patients with low rectal cancer preserving anus surgery,and to explain the clinical application value of intestinal lavage and prevent the recurrence of local recurrence after tumor.[Methods]Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 56 patients with rectal cancer treated by the first department of surgery of Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2012(Gastrointestinal Surgery),including A group of 29 cases of routine laparoscopic anterior resection of laparoscopic rectal cancer(Dixon surgery),B group of 31 patients in the implementation of laparoscopic radical resection of the rectum on the basis of treatment,to be rectal lavage treatment.The choice of patients,all patients were rectal examination,colonoscopy and pelvic CT and other tests diagnosed as rectal cancer and all patients with tumor growth sites are away from the anus>5cm,are rectal resection(Dixon surgery)Low rectal cancer patients.According to whether or not rectal irrigation was divided into two groups,the control group(op group)and the experimental group(Lap group).There were no significant differences in age,sex and other underlying diseases between the two groups.Comprehensive analysis of the two groups of patients after surgery,rectal cancer compared with rectal lavage in patients with rectal lavage after surgery,proving the value of clinical application of rectal lavage?[Results]The two groups of patients were successfully completed the treatment of radical surgery.We had a significant difference in the operation time(P<0.05)between the two groups in the observation and comparison of the short-term and long-term recovery after operation,the group of patients underwent rectal resection(Dixon)was faster than Lavage group.In the two groups of patients with bleeding and lymph node dissection,the comparison of recent curative effect(P>0.05)was no significant difference.In the long-term treatment(P<0.05)after surgery were statistically different,the implementation of radical surgery plus rectal lavage group was better than the surgery group.[Conclusion]There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding,lymph node dissection and short-term curative effect between rectal cancer resection and implementation of rectal lavage,the implementation of rectal lavage in patients with long-term treatment has a significant effect,its application in 'the clinical value of great medicine and patients have a profound impact.
