Objective:To compare the advantages and clinical efficacy of 3D contrast in 2D laparoscopy in radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with rectal cancer collected from January 2015 to March 2016 were collected and numbered 1-100 according to the order of admission. Then,a random number was assigned to each patient using random number table. The number of random numbers was sorted by small to large patient numbers, sorting numbers 1-50 for 3D groups, and performed with 3D laparoscopy.51-100 for the 2D group, using 2D laparoscopic surgery.Contrast analysis of the two groups of patients with intraoperative, postoperative and pathological specimens of the evaluation.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis. The measurement data were expressed as x±s,and the data were measured by t test. The count data were x~2 test. Results:The baseline data of the two groups were not statistically significant and comparable.Compared with the 2D laparoscopie surgery group, the 3D laparoscopic surgery group had shorter operative time[(91.8±26.1)min vs.(100.3±32.7)min,t =-1.439,P=0.038)],less intraoperafive blood loss[(222.4±73.0)ml vs.(302.0±92.4)ml,t=-4.780,P=0.024)].Postoperative ventilation time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications(lung infection, incision infection, anastomotic fistula, intestinal obstruction, urinary retention),unplanned secondary surgery,near-term survival(12 months),there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with 2D laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,3D laparoscopy accelerates the procedure of operation, reduces the amount of bleeding during operation, improves the accuracy of intraoperative operation and reduces the ineffective operation. No significant difference in short-term clinical efficacy.
