Rapid tissue processor is a medical device.Its performance has a critical effect on the hospitals and related laboratory.We developed a rapid tissue processor that can use different reagents in the same treatment cylinder at different times.The tissue processor can achieve the pathological tissue of the fixed,transparent,dehydrated,soaked wax and other treatment process,and can automatically complete the cleaning of the processing tank.In this tissue processor,reagent management is the key to automating processing.Reagent management is also related to the quality of cell tissue treatment.Therefore,the reagent management subsystem is one of the core modules of the rapid tissue processor.The treatment reagent contains molten paraffin.In order to protect the rotary switch to work properly,we need to heat the rotary switch and control the temperature.To this end,we designed a rotary switch with a magnetic core.We use the microcontroller,deceleration stepper motor,processing tank level acquisition circuit and photoelectric switch to control the rotary switch,and to achieve reagent management.The system uses STM32F103 as the core control chip.The system is built on the ?C/OS.It realizes the automatic management of reagents,the cleaning of the processing cylinder and the temperature control.We chose the RS485 bus communication as a communication between the master computer and the control module.This article is described in detail by the following chapters:First,the introduction is the first chapter of this paper.It mainly introduces the research purpose and significance,and analyses the current situation of the rapid tissue processor.So a new generation of researchers can find lessons learned and the advantages that can be adopted.In addition,the workflow of the rapid tissue processor is briefly described.Second,the main module of the system is analyzed in the form of a chart.The development of the system mainly uses STM32F103 as the core control chip.Build a peripheral circuit and write the code.Tissue processing reagent application controlsystem achieves the automatic control.The peripheral circuit includes: stepping motor control and drive module,optoelectronic switch positioning module,temperature acquisition module,communication module,liquid level acquisition module.This chapter briefly introduces the selection and advantages of CPU,the electrical characteristics of temperature sensor PT100,485 communication interface connection,stepper motor drive and so on.Third,the design of the hardware circuit.This chapter describes in detail the stepper motor drive,photoelectric switch positioning,temperature acquisition,liquid level switch control circuit design and debuggingFourth,this chapter introduces the written of software systems and the transplantation of related operating system.This chapter specifically describes the transplantation of the UC / OS-II operating system and the Free Modbus communication protocol.This chapter lists the code about driving stepper motor.Fifth,application of rapid tissue processing reagent control system is used in rapid pathological tissue processing system.This chapter generally introduces the temperature acquisition signal,stepper motor and relay control of the role of heating rod,and the addressing and specific response process of the host computer and the lower computer.Sixth,this chapter generally introduces the debugging and verification of software and hardware.Including circuit schematic drawing,PCB generation,component purchase and welding,PCB board debugging.This project has realized the transplantation of real-time ?C/OS-II operating system and the preparation of related software algorithms.In the test,verify the hardware and software to find the gap between the ideal and reality.And further seek hardware and software aspects of debugging solutions.Finally,summed up their own scientific research work,and put forward inadequate.
