OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between microcalcification and pathological factors in breast cancer by analyzing the relationship between microcalcification morphology, distribution and pathological factors in breast cancer.METHODS: A total of 231 breast cancer cases were collected from Daping Hospital from 2011 to 2016 by puncture or surgical biopsy and complete mammo graphy. The imaging of breast cancer was analyzed from the aspects of morphology and distribution of calcification and compared with pathologic factors ER?PR?Her-2 and Ki-67.RESULTS: The positive expression of ER and Her-2-negative breast cancer was associated with calcification in 231 cases(P = 0.034,P = 0.000).There was no correlation between PR(P = 0.052)and Ki-67(P = 0.397).The expression of ER(P = 0.024),PR(P = 0.005)and Her-2(P=0.029)was correlated with the distribution of calcification. Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between microcalcification and pathological factors in breast cancer. The calcification morphology is related to ER and Her-2,and the distribution of calcification is related to Her-2 and PR.Microcalcification of breast cancer reflects the expression of pathological factors, providing a basis for clinical early diagnosis, treatment and assessment of the prognosis. |
