Quxie " eventually reach the body "Y YinpingYangmi " state and the treatment of asthenospermia.Erxian Bushen Yijing Decoction is the experience prescription for weak sperm disease at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and was from "zanyudan"in the "Jing Yue book".The prescription was also in the Qing · Ye Tianshi "secret seed seed sapphire" Decoction in improving sperm motility of asymptomatic asthenospermia.To explore the role of"Fuzheng Quxie" to achieve the "YinpingYangmi" state of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of asthenospermia.[Method]we designed 72 patients with asymptomatic oligospermia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group used Erxian Bushenyijing detoxification side free decoction granules daily 1,sooner or later the semi-agent for treatment,and the control group used L-carnitine oral solution each time 1,2 times a day for treatment,treatment lasted 11 weeks without interruption.The curative effect of Erxian Bushen Yijing Decoction on patients with asymptomatic oligospermia was evaluated by the method of control before and after treatment.The changes of sperm motility and motility of semen PR and(PR + NP)were observed,and the effects of drug side effects were observed.[Result]The percentage of spermatozoa,the percentage of forward spermatozoa and the difference before and after treatment were normal distribution before and after treatment.The percentage of spermatozoa in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the percentage of spermatozoa in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the percentage of spermatozoa between the control group and the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of sperm motility and sperm percentage in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),using t test.The difference of the total viability difference between the sperm and the percentage of the spermatozoa before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The effective,effective and ineffective cases in the treatment group were 18,12,5 cases.The control group was effective,effective,invalid cases were 11,11,13 cases.The overall efficacy of sperm motility in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)by Mann-Whitney U test.There were no significant local and systemic adverse reactions such as dizziness,headache,abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting during the treatment of the patients in the treatment group except the control group 1 patient with drug allergy and 1 patient in the treatment group.[Conclusion]The use of Erxian Bushen Yijing Decoction treatment of asymptomatic weak sperm disease have a good effect. |
