Observing The Effect Of Wuwei Fuzheng Yijing Decoction On Sperm DNA Integrity Of Male Infertile Patients Based On The Theory Of Vital Qi Deficiency Is Liable To Catch Pathogenic Qi

Objective:To observe the effect of Wuwei Fuzheng Yijing Decoction on the DNA fragment index(DFI),syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine and the activity of progressive sperm(PR),sperm survival rate and sperm concentration of male infertility patients before and after treatment,and to make an objective evaluation on the clinical effect of Wuwei Fuzheng Yijing decoction,so as to provide a clinical basis for the theory of vital qi deficiency is liable to catch pathogenic qi,and at the same time to provide an effective treatment for sperm DNA damage in male infertility patients.Methods:100 male infertile patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis sperm DNA damage that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 50 patients by computer-generated random number method.The treatment group received Wuwei Fuzheng Yijing Decoction,and the control group received L-Carnitine oral solution.12 weeks is a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the DFI and semen routine were reexamined,and the changes of DFI,TCM syndrome score,PR,sperm survival rate and sperm concentration before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.In the treatment group,1 case was shed,49 remained,3 recovered,33 were markedly effective,8 were effective,and 5 were ineffective.In the control group,1 case was shed and 1 case was removed,48 remained,1 recovered,16 were markedly effective,13were effective,and 18 were ineffective.Clinical efficacy comparison Z=-3.875,P=0.000.Total effective rate comparisonX~2=9.987,P=0.002.In terms of the total effective rate and clinical efficacy,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the sperm DFI between two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,and compared between groups after treatment,t=-5.485,P=0.000,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the TCM syndrome score between two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,and compared between groups after treatment,t=-5.258,P=0.000,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.The activity of progressive sperm,sperm survival rate and concentration of each group were compared before and after treatment,P<0.05.After treatment,the activity of progressive sperm comparison between the two groups was t=2.751,P=0.007,sperm survival rate comparison t=2.201,P=0.030,sperm concentration comparison t=2.149,P=0.034,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.Correlation analysis:Before treatment,the correlation coefficients of sperm DFI with age,activity of progressive sperm,sperm survival rate,and sperm concentration were 0.630,-0.492,-0.055,and-0.094,respectively.Sperm DFI was positively correlated with age,and negatively correlated with progressive sperm and sperm survival rate.There was no obvious correlation between DFI and sperm concentration.6.The main safety indexes of liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram of the two groups of patients were within the normal range.Conclusion:Under the guidance of vital qi deficiency is liable to catch pathogenic qi theory,Wuwei Fuzheng Yijing Decoction can significantly improve the sperm DNA damage of the male infertility patients,reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve semen quality in infertile patients,and no obvious adverse reactions.Sperm DFI was positively correlated with age,and negatively correlated with progressive sperm and sperm survival rate.There was no obvious correlation between DFI and sperm concentration.
