With the improvement of people's living standard and quality of life,as well as the progress and development of medical science and technology,People's demand for medical quality has been improved. The medical decision making in people's life have accounted for a more and more proportion now.In addition, people are affected by emotions when making decisions. The relationship between emotion and decision-making has also become the focus of attention in the many fields. In the past, most researches on medical risk decision making were about conscious emotion, but few researchers have explored the effects of unconscious emotions on medical risk decision-making from the perspective of unconscious emotions. Therefore, the study investigates the effect of unconscious emotions on medical risk decision-making by taking college students as subjects, using unconscious emotion priming paradigm and medical situation decision task. This study mainly includes three studies. The experiment 1 is preparatory experiment, since there is not a same conclusion about the presentation time of unconscious emotion priming at current time, this study use unconscious emotion priming paradigm in order to investigate the appropriate time to induce unconscious emotion of the subjects. In experiment 2,the medical situation decision task are adopted, subjects are induced unconscious mood and then complete the decision-making task, the purpose is to explore the influence of unconscious emotions on medical risk decision-making under self-positive and self-negative framework. In experiment 3,the medical situation decision task are adopted, subjects are induced unconscious mood and then complete the decision-making task, the purpose is to explore the influence of unconscious emotions on medical risk decision-making under other-positive and other-negative framework.Through the study of these three experiments, the following conclusions are put forward.(1)While using the emotional face picture as the starting stimulus material, subjects can be induced the unconscious emotion when the stimulus presentation time is 16ms.(2)In the situation of making medical risk decisions for yourself, the main effect of self-frame type is significant, and the interaction between self-frame type and start-up stimulus type is significant. When individuals are induced by unconscious happy mood, the individual in the self-positive framework is more preferred in risk avoidance and they are more preferred in the risk of seeking in the self-negative framework. When individuals are induced by unconscious anger mood, the individual's risk appetite is not obvious.(3)In the situation of making medical risk decisions for others, the main effect of other-frame type is significant. When individuals are in the other-positive framework are more preferred in risk avoidance and they are more preferred in the risk of seeking in the other-negative.framework.
