Study On The Classification And Standard Diagnosis Name Of Extremities' War Wounds

War wounds classification is an important basis for classification statistics,analysis of war wounds and analysis of personnel loss.Our army combat classification system has been pretty perfect,but with the development of high-tech weapons and information warfare needs,the information of medical service must keep pace with the times,accelerate the development.The extremities' war wounds has been in the incidence of high status in systemic wounds,and more physical disability remains after injury,these seriously affect the quality of disabled soldiers' life.These don't meet the comprehensive strength of China's national conditions.Moreover,there is no war wounds classification about injured limbs,there is no unified standard diagnosis name.This paper mainly analyzed characters of extremities' war wounds in the previous war,analyzed the characters of future war and the characters of extremities' war wounds in future combat,we referred to "International classification of diseases and health " Tenth Edition,the 3th edition of "Practical Surgery",standardization and relevant theory,rules of nomenclature,methods of nomenclature,theories of name.Based on the former theories after the systemic analysis of the initial data we formed a classification system of extremities' war wounds.On this basis,we consulted to the experts who are good at health service support,trauma surgery,information standardization.Then we formed a table about traumatic condition classification of extremities' war wounds on the basis of authority,scores,coefficient of variation of experts.According to the table of traumatic condition classification of extremities' war wounds,combined with naming methods of traumatic injury,naming principles,and naming characteristics,refer to the naming methods and naming characteristics of general disease,the theory of 4 elements' specification name of extremities' war wounds was founded initially.We hope it can be widely used in military,formed unified standard diagnosis of extremities' war wounds,eliminate the differences and misunderstandings about the diagnosis of extremities' war wounds,inside and outside the army,between arms,a preliminary unified diagnosis of war wounds was admitted.The researchers mainly discussed about classification system and standard specification diagnosis of extremities' war wounds from the following aspects: the first,we summarized the domestic and foreign wars about the characteristics of extremities' war wounds,treatment of war wounds and so on,introduced war wounds,extremities' war wounds,diagnosis,the diagnosis ofwar wounds and standardization of basic knowledge and relevant theories,analyzed needs of classification and standard diagnosis name of extremities' war wounds;second,analyzed requirement of the extremities' war wounds classification system and standard diagnosis name;third,according to the current classification of our army medical tag,according to the damage classification axis of the tenth revised vision of "International Classification of Diseases",refer to "Practical Surgery" and other clinical data,through expert consultation,and in accordance with the advice of the consultation we established traumatic conditions classification system of extremities' war wounds;forth,we made comprehensive consideration on the expert consultation results,including the expert authority,the mean score,coefficient of variation and so on,for other advice through consulting mentor,consult the latest literature,combined with the actual situation of the war,then we took scientific methods to establish the final classification system of injured limbs;fifth,after the establishment of classification system of extremities' war wounds,based on the classification,we systematically analyzed the elements of the diagnosis name and naming methods of ICD,the diagnosis name of usual injury and the elements of extremities' wounds of "Practical Surgery",the elements in the diagnosis of traumatic brain injury diagnosis name in military hospital actual work,then we concluded naming elements and name arrangement of general trauma diagnosis,after statistics we got the general trauma diagnosis name arrangement and their composition,analyzed the injured limbs diagnosis name elements and the possible combinations of the plan,accessed to naming methods,naming characteristics and naming principles about the general diagnosis and diagnosis of the trauma,formed the standard diagnosis name of extremities' war wounds;sixth,based on the standard name of extremities' war wounds,we built the diagnosis spectrum of extremities' war wounds,lastly we analyzed the use of the diagnosis spectrum and we offer some proposals about how to use it in our army.The main innovations of the research are: we formed a scientific and standardized classification of extremities' war wounds;we established diagnosis name extremities' war wounds classification in the actual war;specification name are too many,some of them in the actual situation occurrence rate is very low,or the name of the basic diagnosis may not occur,these will take the battlefield resources.These problems need us to further overcome and perfect in the follow-up research.
