With the rapid development of national economic development,the market has become increasingly intemational,medical and health industry is faced with fierce competition.In such an environment,the hospital also calls for the survival and development,cultivating core competitiveness,medecal technology to continuous innovation,medical equipment to upgrade,to prompt the sustainable development of hospital.Medical equipment as a hospital's fixed assets,plays an important role in hospital management in low.The purchase of medical equipment management and its financial budget as a guide and control strategy of hospital medical equipment management is an important part of hospital development,its significance has formed many hospitals of broad consensus.At present,the public hospital for medical equipment purchasing management exist all sorts of the misconceptions in execution,and the implementation of the purchase plan is lack of scientific and systematic.Therefore,public hospital medical equipment purchasing management has become a weak link of hospital management,become the hot and difficult problems in hospital management.In this article,through the practice of the author in hospital equipment procurement management,hospital in H group as an example,introduced the hospital situation,analysised the problem,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,and use the adcanced equipment procurement management research tools,and the concept of financial budget for the complete system based on existing equipment procurement condition was optimized and improved the traditional method of equipment procurement budget and the state of the procurement process,and adopt the integrated use of net present value method and key equipment procurement indicators to build the hospital equipment procurement management system,the actual operation significance.Thus,is expected to promote and coordinate the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development of the hospital,make public hospital get better social benefits and economic benefits.
