The Expression And Correlation Of YY1 And E-cadherin And HPV16 E6 In Cervical Lesions

Objective : To investigate the expression of Yin Yang-1(YY1),E-cadherin(E-CD)and HPV16 E6 in cervical lesions,and also study the potential correlation of YY1,E-cadherin and HPV16 E6 three markers.Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Yin Yang-1,E-cadherin and HPV16 E6 in 30 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma,30 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),include 15 CIN?and 15 CIN?-?,and 30 cases with normal cervical tissues.H-scores((H-score=?Pi(i+1)))of staining intensity in all the subjects were measured.Results:1.YY1 expressed in three groups of cervical tissues.The expression level of YY1 in the group of normal cervical tissue was(2.11±0.52),in CIN?was(2.38±0.38),in CIN?-was ?(3.03±0.44)and in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was(3.22±0.62).Its expression level in three groups increased with the severity of cervical lesions(P<0.000).And the expression of YY1 in cervical was increased with the FIGO stage of tumors(P<0.000).2.The expression level of E-cadherin in the group of normal cervical tissue was(3.52±0.52),in CIN?was(2.37±0.29),in CIN?-was ?(2.52±0.44)and in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was(2.07±0.13).The expression of E-cadherin showed a decrease trend in carcinogenesis progression of cervical squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.000).While there was on statistical difference between CIN?and CIN?-?(P>0.05).3.The expression level of HPV16 E6 in the group of normal cervical tissue was(1.67±0.49),in CIN?was(2.10±0.76),in CIN?-?was(2.77±0.68)and in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was(2.85±0.55).The expression of HPV16 E6 in CIN?-?and cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in CIN?and normal cervical tissues(P<0.000).4.Compared the expression of YY1,E-cadherin and HPV16 E6 in the three groups,found there was a negative correlation between YY1 and E-cadherin(r=-0.523,P<0.000)while positive correlation between YY1 and HPV16 E6(r=0.444,P<0.000).Conclusion: In histological level,we got the following conclusions,1.The Expression of YY1 and HPV16 E6 showed a increase trend in carcinogenesis progression of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,while E-cadherin showed a decrease trend.2.The Expression of YY1 was closely correlated with the FIGO stage of tumors,while uncorrelated with the age and histodifferentiation of tumors.3.In carcinogenesis progression of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,there was a negative correlation between the expression of YY1 and E-cadherin,and there was a positive correlation between the expression of YY1 and HPV16 E6,suggested that there was a potential relationship between them.
