| Objective:To explore the possible pathological mechanism and some possible relative effective treatment method of paraquat poisoning.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data in patients with acute paraquat poisoning,combined with literature review summary?Material:A 32-year-old female patient,taking paraquat seven hours,with cephalalgia,chest distress,nausea,and emesis?Interventions: Implementation of the auxiliary examination laboratory,imaging,etc.in order to confirm the diagnosis,while giving Activated carbon that is used to absorb gastrointestinal residual poison,Mannitol catharsis,methylprednisolone ? cyclophosphamide inhibiting the inflammatory response,slowing progression of pulmonary fibrosis,hemoperfusion ? continuous renal replacement treatment removing residual poison in the blood,with diazepam tora azole protecting stomach,reduced glutathione antioxidant support therapy,etc?Results:Clinical symptoms,laboratory and imaging studies are suggestive of acute paraquat poisoning?Conclusions:Acute paraquat poisoning always is caused by oral suicide or the mistake,now happens commonly in developing countries.the patients according to the dosage points belong to the acute fulminant type,greater than 40mg/kg,can cause multiple system lesions,the lung damage is the most prominent.despite having giving thepositive for etiology and support treatment,but dosage which patients taked is too large,symptoms came on abruptly and progressed rather quickly,the illness is hard to remedy.This research mainly through the literature search for some possible paraquat pathological mechanism of the effect on human body,And analyze retrospectively summarize the related diagnosis and treatment. |
