Research Progress Of Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy Following Cesarean Section

Cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP)is one of rare ectopic pregnancy.Recently,the incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy tends to grow and the technology of diagnosis and treatment is consistently developing and improving.The diagnosis relies mainly on the transvaginal ultrasound and color doppler three-dimensional imaging technology.The early diagnosis and choosing the appropriate treatment are particular important in improving bad consequences including the uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock and hysterectomy.Systemic use of methotrexate,curettage,uterine artery embolization,transabdominal or laparoscopic resection of the lesion repair and hysteroscopic resection is the most commonly used first-line treatment.Studies have shown that uterine artery embolization,transabdominal or laparoscopic resection of the lesion repair and hysteroscopic resection have a lower risk of treatment and higher success rate.Systemic use of methotrexate,curettage treatment have a higher risk of treatment and lower success rate,the success rate is low.Has recently reported the use of Foley catheters for innovative minimally invasive treatment.It is possible to get pregnant again after treatment,the main outcome of pregnancy are intrauterine pregnancy,abortion,recurrence of CSP,infertility and placenta accreta,should be considered high-risk pregnancy.
