Objective:Applying the color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS)to check the superficial palmar arch arteries(SPA)and the proper palmar digital arteries(PPDA)of the pateints with Raynaud's phenomenon(RP),analysing the color Doppler ultrasound images and the changes in hemodynamic parameters of the patients.Discussing the application value of the color Doppler ultrasound assessing the arteries of hands in the Raynaud's phenomenon.Methods:The cases of 85 patients with Raynaud's phenomenon(check the left hands)and the controlled group of 72 cases of healthy adults(40 cases of by checking two hands,32 cases of by checking the left hands)were checked with color doppler ultrasound.Recorded dates refers to the direction?the blood flow perfusion of arteries,measured the parameters of the arteries of hands,include: peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),resistive index(RI),pulsative index(PI).At the same time,recording the two groups color Doppler blood stream spectrum forms.Comparing two groups refers to the difference of the color Doppler ultrasound images and the changes of hermodynamic parameters and artery blood flow spectrum between Raynaud's phenomenon patients and normal controlled group.Analyzing the difference of the changes of hermodynamic parameters of arteries of hands in the primary disease of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and systemic sclerosis(SSc)respectively.Patients' clinical information and laboratory examination information were collected,including the primary disease diagnosis,Raynaud's phenomenon course,ESR,CRP,serum complement C3,serum complement C4,exploring the difference of hemodynamic parameters the patients with Raynaud's phenomenon when serological ESR,CRP,C3,C4 were abnormal.Results:1.The superficial palmar arch arteries and the proper palmar digital arteries of the controlled group,running straight normally,blood flow signal displayed rate was 100.00%(112/112,112/112);the superficial palmar arch arteries of patients in Raynaud's phenomenon run straight,fulling filled with blood flow,blood flow signal displayed rate was 100.00%(85/85),there was different performance of the proper palmar digital arteries,blood flow rate of about 92.94%(79/85).PPDA blood flow in 28 patients were well,32 patients visible filling defected,and even interrupted,19 patients were sparsed,like "star point".6 cases of severe cases were found without blood flow signal.2.Compared with normal group,the superficial palmar arch arteries of patients with PSV slower,EDV,RI increased,the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05);it was no statistically significant difference with PI(p> 0.05);And PPDA of patients with EDV slower,RI,PI increased,the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05);it was no statistically significant difference of PSV(p> 0.05).the superficial palmar arch arteries of patients with contraction frequency spectrum peak is more steep than normal group;Cases in point between artery contraction frequency spectrum peak steep than the normal group,the second shrinkage peak incisure disappear,diastolic spectrum obviously lower,even disappear.3.The primary disease of SLE patients compared with patients with primary disease of SSc,the parameters(PSV,EDV,RI,PI)of arteries of hands were no statistically significant difference(p> 0.05);the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05)about the display of blood flow signal of PPDA,the SLE were better than the SSc.4.There was no statistically significant difference(p> 0.05)in patients with elevated ESR and CRP in groups refers to the hemodynamic parameters(PSV,EDV,RI,PI)of arteries.The PSV,EDV were slower,RI,PI increased,the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05)of PPDA in C3 and C4 reduced group patients.There was no statistically significant difference(p> 0.05)in the hemodynamic parameters(PSV,EDV,RI,PI)of superficial palmar arch arteries.Conclusions:1.The displayed rate of blood flow signal of the proper palmar digital arteries of patients with Raynaud's phenomenon was worse than the superficial palmar arch arteries,even the proper palmar digital arteries were occlusion.2.The hemodynamic parameters changes of the superficial palmar arch arteries in patients with Raynaud's phenomenon were slower in PSV,EDV,and increased in RI,and refers to the proper palmar digital arteries were slower in EDV,and increased in RI?PI.3.Comparion refer to the blood flow signals dispaly of the hand arteries in patients with different primary diseases of Raynaud's phenomenon,who the patients with SLE were better than the SSc;and the hemodynamic parameters were no signficant.4.When serum C3 and C4 falled,the patients with Raynaud's phenomenon refers to the PPDA of PSV,EDV were slower,RI,PI increased,there was no statistically significant in the hemodynamic parameters of the superficial palmar arch arteries.The ESR and CRP elevated,hemodynamic parameters of hands arteries have no obviously significance.Above all,color Doppler ultrasound can be applied in Raynaud's phenomenon refers to parameters in patients with connective tissue diseases,and provides the basis for Raynaud's phenomenon evaluation.
