Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Tumor With Millimeter Wave Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)

Objective:In this study,the patients were treated with pure millimeter wave therapy and combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment respectively.It was clear that the two groups improved the protective effect of immune index on the immune function of the cells and observed the safety and side effects.Methods:90 cases of cancer patients were randomly divided into simple millimeter wave treatment group,traditional Chinese medicine combined with millimeter wave treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group,between group and within group comparison of malignant tumor before and after chemotherapy after millimeter wave irradiation and oral Chinese medicine intervention effect of T cells(CD8+),NK cells(CD16+,CD56+,CD57+),Th1/Th2(IFN-γ,IL-4,drift ratio),lymphocyte transformation rate,and quality of life questionnaire(according to QOL).Results:After chemotherapy of tumor patients by TCM combined with millimeter wave treatment,index of effector T cells(CD8+),NK cells(CD16+,CD56+,CD57+)the expression level was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,P values were less than 0.05.The expression level of CD8+was also statistically significant before and after the treatment with millimeter wave irradiation.The P value was less than 0.05.The expression level of CD16+ was lower than that before intervention treatment,and the P value was greater than 0.05.Sixth days of patients with interferon IFN-γ[(17.5520±8.2361)ng/L] higher than the level before treatment [(10.4917±6.4709)ng/L],and before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,P value was less than 0.05.Because the traditional Chinese medicine combined with millimeter wave after treatment in patients with IFN-γ is greater than the growth of IL-4,so Th1(IFN-γ)/Th2(IL-4)ratio also increased,the ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with millimeter wave therapy after sixth days,(9.6203±4.2193)was higher than first days,(6.4369±2.8583),and intervention before and after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant,P values were less than 0.05.The conversion rate of lymphocyte was lower than that of millimeter wave irradiation before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,P value was less than 0.05.Questionnaire treatment group(according to European QOL)total efficiency higher than the control,with a statistically significant difference,P values were less than0.05.Conclusion:Millimeter wave with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy in improving immune index for patients with tumors,and the function of the organism cellular immunity function protection is superior to the effect of radiation and chemotherapy alone,also can improve the patient’s physical condition,improve survival quality of patients.
