NF-?B Signaling Pathway And Targeted Therapy In B-cell Malignant Lymphomas

The NF-?B pathway is one of the most important mediators in apoptosis,it is instrumental in normal cellular functions,if the error occurs,this process will cause cancer.Most of B-cell lymphomas have activation of the NF-?B pathway that makes an effect in oncogenicity and multidrug resistance by anti-apoptotic passageways,microenvironment coactions,and gene perversion.In the article,we break down the newly progresses of pathologic effect of the NF-?B pathway in many B cell lymphomas and summarize the clinical information from clinical tests of NF-?B pathway inhibitors.These effects of NF-?B pathway and its inhibitors are contributive to overcome drug resistance and to create target therapeutic methods.Trials will explore the clinical datas of combining NF-?B pathway inhibitors and different targeted drugs with all kinds of mechanisms and to develop new therapeutic chances for targeting tumorigenesis pathways to root out cancer cells.
