Research Progress Of Inflammatory Factors Related To Hypertension

Hypertensive disease is a common kind of cardiovascular diseases which happens on the middle-aged and aged people.It is also one of the important pathogenesis and risk factors for the coronary heart disease,stroke,cardiac failure and uremia.The characteristics of hypertensive disease are long disease course,difficulty to control,taking medicine for lifelong,and so on.The pathogenesis of hypertensive disease is complex and it is still not clear nowadays.The inflammatory factor is one kind of cell factors which has great connection with the generation,development and prognosis of inflammation.In general,the inflammatory factor is the secretion of the immune cells(such as mononuclear phagocytic cells,lymphocyte,etc.)and non-immune cells(such as vascular endothelial cells,epidermic cells,fibrocyte cells,etc.),which include C-Reactive Protein,Tumor Necrosis Factors,Interleukin,Intercellular Adhesion Molecule,Nitric Oxide Synthase,Matrix Metalloproteinase,and so on.In general,the inflammatory factor is one kind of polypeptide,protein or glycoprotein,which has the function of immune modulating.The inflammatory factors can adjust and induce the multiplication and cell differentiation,and play roles in the cell process of growing up,polarization,repair and immune.Research proved that,in prehypertension the inflammatory factor level has been a certain extent change and will be markedly increased in the hypertensive patients,which has significant differences with normal people.It shows that the hypertensive disease is a disease with inflammatory statement.Inflammation may play an important role in the generation and development of hypertensive disease.Based on above,this research searches and reviews the related references,and then summarizes the mechanism of action of inflammatory factors and sums up the relationship between hypertension and related inflammatory factors,in order to provide the reference for the early diagnosis,clinic treatment of hypertension which can improve the living quality of hypertensive patients.
