Comparative Study Of Salcatonin Injection And Zoledronic Acid Injection In The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objectives:To investigate the therapeutic effect of salmon calcitonin injection and zoledronic acid injection in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis,and to provide the basis for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:Methods 62 patients with osteoporosis were selected in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016,Salcatonin Injection group(n = 30),Zoledronic Acid Injection group(n = 32),At the same time,oral calcium and ossification of three alcohol based treatment program(six month).Before and after treatment,bone mineral density(bone mineral density,BMD),biochemical indexes(liver and kidney function,blood calcium ? bloodphosphorus ? bone alkaline phosphonic acid enzyme),pain improvement were observed.Results:1?There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with kidney function,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,and osteylphosphonic acid,P >0.05,which was statistically less significant.2?VAS score the two groups after treatment was lower than those of before treatment,the VAS score but azole phosphonic acid injection group the salmon calcitonin injection group decreased significantly,P < 0.05,compared with statistical significance.3?Two groups after treatment in patients with bone mineral density value is relatively higher before treatment,to phosphonic acid injection group of patients with lumbar spine,femoral neck T significant difference compared with salmon calcitonin injection group,P < 0.05,compared with statistical significance.4?The incidence of adverse reactions was low in this study.Conclusions:Azole phosphonic acid injection and salmon calcitonin injection can effectively improve bone mineral density in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,reduce bonepain symptoms,but azole phosphate injection treatment group is better than that of salmon calcitonin injection group.
