Objective :To observe 1Hz repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(r TMS)for recovery of patients with poststroke dysfunction in stroke.Method: 40 cases of stroke patients with hand dysfunction,were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=20),The treatment group was treated with repetitive transcranial ma-gnetic stimulation of the contralateral cerebral cortex PMC,SMA area combined with routine rehabilitation therapy,The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy.Before and after treat-ment and1,2,3 months after treatment,Using Brunnstrom hand m-otor function scale,Fugl-Meyer hand motor function scale,Ueda Min hand function energy meter,ADL daily life ability scale for evaluation.Result :1?Brunnstrom hand movement function evaluation: before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of Brunns trom grade,were completed 10 times after treatment,the treatment gr oup after treatment B grading was better than before treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment results in changes after treatment 1,2,3 months is not(P > 0.05),the recovery of small the range of the best hand fingers have been half freely.After treatment,the treatment group(group r TMS)B classification was significantly better than the control group,and continued to 3 months after treatment,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.2?The Toshiya Ueda hand function assessment: on the field of manual energy meter than the Brunnstrom hand energy meter can reflect the flexibility of patients with more representative.The two groups completed 10 treatment according to the requirements,the treatment group after treatment,the hand has been set,group flexion,hand function assessment level higher,P < 0.005,with statistical significance.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and continued to 3 months after treatment,P < 0.001,the effect was significant.3?ADL evaluation of daily living ability: ADL daily life ability scale,can reflect the degree of patient's life now,in which the proportio n of the recovery of hand function is relatively large.After the 10 treatment,the treatment group can significantly improve the patient's self-care level,mainly reflected in the food,transfer and wearing a strip of three aspects,and can continue until after treatment for three months.Compared with the control group,ADL score was also improved,but the treatment group was better than the control group,and continued for 3 months,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion: rTMS stimulation of the contralateral cortex PMC,SMA area can improve the motor function of stroke patients with hemiple gia after stroke,To improve the Brunnstrom,Ueda Min hand motor function and ADL daily life ability score.
